Condo in a high rise solid brick building located in the heart of downtown Atlanta on Peachtree St & Baker. The living room is beautifully furnished with a solid wood Brazilian Cherry floor, leather sofas, console, flat screen 42' TV,paintings, mirrors accessories has a full length French door leading to the balcony which has a great view. The bedroom has parquet floor, a sleigh bed with a dresser, night stand,mirror, lamps, painting etc. There is an attached walk in closet with ample space for storage. The bathroom has been remodeled with new tiles, mirrors,vanity and has a tub. The kitchen has a double door fridge with an ice maker,dish washer and is fully equipped with all that one needs to cook or entertain.

This was an excellent stay! The host was very communicative and even arranged for me to have the unit cleaned early when I requested an early check in. I also had trouble finding the location with Apple Maps, and I was able to call and get directions promptly and clearly. The place was also very clean and the accommodations were lovely and made my trip stress free. Would definitely stay again!

I wish we knew prior to booking that parking can range from 15-40 per night. There were also lots of homeless people hanging around outside the facility. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was no way to control the temperature in the apartment. The views of downtown was nice the pictures match the apartment. Wish there was a TV in the bedroom.

As stated in our listing, our building does not have dedicated parking, but we did provide several nearby parking suggestions for your convenience. Parking rates are managed by third-party parking garages, so prices can vary per day and we unfortunately have limited control and exact information on their daily rates. We always recommend that guests take a little time to research parking options ahead of their stay so they can choose what works best for their budget and plans.
Our property is located in the heart of Atlanta, which is a busy downtown area with many establishments, restaurants, and tourist spots nearby. Like most downtown areas in major cities, you may encounter homeless individuals in public areas; however, building security is strictly enforced and non-residents cannot enter the building.
We appreciate your comments regarding the shower curtain, temperature control, and the TV in the bedroom, and we will review these items with our team for improvements.

The unit was clean and within walking distance of several food and entertainment venues. Check in was also pretty reasonable. The bed and sofa were comfortable and very neat. That being said there were a few things that were difficult to overlook. The condo was a bit warn and humid. When attempting to adjust the thermostat to cool things down, it didnt work. The dishwasher had an out of order sign posted. The shower curtain liner was also very stained and discolored. The windows couldn't be opened either to help clear out some of the humidity. Opening the balcony door was the only thing that did help. We also couldn't get the tv to work. Some of this could be user error, but appliances should be easy to use or reasonable to figure out. The stay overall was okay and I got a decent night's rest, but I was expecting a little more from a unit that has had renovations.
The property was perfect for a quick weekend trip. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Close to the train station and popular restaurants downtown. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The condo was clean and in a good location. However, the listing states it includes onsite parking, but it doesn’t. The check in instructions provided a phone # to contact for parking information, but I never got a response. The host did call me from a different number, but not until the day after check in. I ended up paying an additional 100 for parking in a nearby garage, which was pretty upsetting considering I made a point to book a property with parking included.
Great experience. Did not expect how nice it would be. The owner was very quick to help a misunderstanding, and the stay was great

Front desk could be more professional, Host or front desk gives door codes to strangers. Thankfully I wasn’t asleep, Unidentified male attempted to open door. Breaks latch and says the front desk gave him the code. If i was a female this would be traumatizing in a city I don’t live.

We take safety and security very seriously. Our concierge does not have access to unit door codes these are given only directly to confirmed guests by unit owners. CCTV records confirm that the guest who checked in was indeed a female, contrary to what has been claimed. There is no record from our concierge or on-site security of any unidentified person attempting to enter the unit during the stay.
Our building, located in the heart of Atlanta, has visible security and many families living here. While there may be individuals outside in the surrounding area, our safety protocols are strictly followed. No concerns were reported to us during the stay, and there were no issues with the unit until this review was posted.
Based on this experience and the inaccurate claims made, we would not recommend this guest to other hosts.
The property is in a safe building. All I ask is that you add paper towels to the kitchen and a box of tissues in the living area.

Great owner response!
We had an issue on check in, but the owner response was amazing. He went over and above for us. He changed/upgraded our apartment, checked on us several times and when we needed to extend our stay he helped find us another apartment in same building.
Downtown condo. Could use a few updates. Sofa and chair different from photo. Chair was literally broken and both uncomfortable. Recommend bringing own pot and pan if planning to eat in. Spacious and convenient to attractions. Secure location. Homeless people around but didn't bother us at all.
It took about 30 minutes to find the right location and the entry and key code information on app was not updated, although it was sent to me in a text. The apartment looked completely different from the pictures. There were homeless individuals hanging and sleeping in front of the building, drinking and accosting several people walking by. We were not told that we had to pay to park. When I asked the host about this, they never responded. The apartment was mostly clean. We did have to wipe the high touch areas such as sink handles, light switches, and the remote control. We chose to leave a day early, and the host never responded about the checkout process, or regarding any kind of refund. It was an overall pretty disappointing experience and I will not be booking with this host again. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

Along with location and complete details were sent by us thru txt and e mail including checkin & checkouts timings .
When guests ask us about parking we make it clear we do not provide parking , 2 parking lots are located adjacent to the building and parking is at your own risk everything was informed, we go out of our way to make sure our guests are happy.
You acknowledge the unit was mostly clean , everything in good condition if a couple of things the staff forgot to clean we must overlook it.
Lastly anything happening outside the building is not in / under our control, the whole building is facing it .
Regrets
The GPS brought me to a parking lot. I called the owner, DeeDee, and it was as if she'd never been there before. I told her where I was standing and she had no idea what I was talking about.
The check-in was pretty easy. the concierge was friendly.
I get into the unit on the 17th floor and upon enter the unit looked nice, but then it went down hill after that.
The place looked NOTHING like the picture. It had completely different furnishing and set up.
1. No towel bars on bathroom wall or in the shower with the clogged showerhead, basically misting you instead of a stream of water.
2. Shabby, worn and old outdated furniture. Track lighting from the 90s and some of them didn't work.This place was NOT new renovated as the post claimed.
3. I wish I could add pictures for true effect. The kitchen microwave and refrigerator where very clean, however the stove top had crusted on filth, the top of the fridge had some smeared yellow "stuff" on it and the sink faucet was broken.
4. The balcony was a nice added touch, but iy had a ripped, faded hand written not on how to operate the door handle.
5. Ample closet space but shelves not cleaned. Looked like roach feces, but I couldn't be sure.
6. I asked the owner about how to regulate the temperature in the unit and she informed me that "the building" regulates the A/C in the unit. When I ask the concierge, they laughed and said, they can't even control their own air.
7. Shady panhandlers near the entrance asking for money.

It’s sad , I reside in the same building since last 30 years and inspect my unit personally every time when guest checkin.
All fotos are the same as shown in the pictures only for the sofa that he’d to be changed immediately.
Bathroom has been renovated only couple of months back , track lighting according to my taste ,everyone has their own touch and taste.
Nothing wrong in hand written notice as guests sometimes can’t figure out how to shut the door.
Closet v clean theirs not a single roach inside or outside in the building.
Conceirge is the proof that air conditioning is controlled by the building, it’s the county’s look out if panhandlers are around the building, nowadays you get to see them on every street.
Personally I guided them where to park the car and at the time of check in Conceirge also provide you with full details.
We try our best to keep our guests happy and comfortable but we can’t satisfy each and everyone.
I would rate my guest as 2 star .
This property is a great location for many venues, within walking distance to Centennial Park and the Tabernacle.
The manager was very responsive and the place was beautifully furnished.
It was inexpensive and close the convention center. It’s an old apartment, with paint texture chipping off the ceiling, inadequate electrical wiring (running the toaster trips the circuit breaker and there aren’t very many outlets available), no fan in the bathroom, and a lumpy mattress. The large windows in the main room have no blinds or coverings, so there’s plenty of light in the apartment all night. That said, it was adequate for my needs, although I would have brought something to cover my eyes so I could sleep in the dark if I had known it would be so light.

This is an old building with 365 units , everyone is trying to upgrade their interior of their units , electric outlets are everywhere in the unit .
Circuit breakers is there in case there’s extra load on the connection ( every house has circuit breakers )
This is a bright sunny unit French door is the beauty of the unit and the window has a custom made cut design glass window .
Sorry to say it’s a brand new mattress purchased a month back it’s hard difficult for us to guess new guest coming likes a hard or soft mattress.

There were multiple issues with the property which I want to make you aware of. The bathroom outlet was tapped to the wall without a cover creating a safety hazard of possible getting shocked. The front door would not stay closed unless the door was locked at all times and the floors were sticky from lack of cleaning. For the pull out bed, it was lopsided and stained, which made it unusable and had to flip the mattress onto the floor even to be somewhat comfortable. With the kitchen, the floor going into it was duck taped down and the pans were rusted and unusable! When we made this reservation it was based of the photos which were obviously outdated and not updated in a long time. In the future I will not stay at the location nor recommend it to anyone.

If you're going to be spending time downtown the location can't be beat. The apartment itself is pretty average and there some obvious minor repairs that need to be made, but for our purposes it worked out just fine. The bed is really stiff so if you're sensitive to that you may want to reconsider. The owner was very responsive and provided us with an early check-in on short notice. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony!

I assist the owner in managing the condo and have been living in the same building for over 10 years. I am familiar with the downtown area and am always willing to assist out of town guests with any questions they have or guidance that they may need.
Why they chose this property
This building is in the heart of downtown certainly well maintained and managed by a great team of dedicated workers some of whom have been here for decades and take pride in doing an excellent job. In addition there is a 24 hour concierge in the front lobby with close circuit monitors to ensure security. You need a key fob to enter the building which is provided to you on check in anytime after 2 pm. Key fob along with the keys to the unit must be returned on checking out, time for which is 12 noon.
What makes this property unique
In my opinion there is no better location in Downtown Atlanta to live than 'The Peachtree Towers' Whether you are here for work/vacation or to watch a ball game or just showing your children the many tourist attractions this is where you should be as everything is walking distance and you do not even need a car unless you plan to drive to other places.
