The location is one of the best parts of the stay. You will be close to many of Atlanta’s top attractions and venues, including Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, State Farm Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, restaurants, nightlife, hotels, and MARTA.

Unlike many condos in the building, this unit has two separate bedrooms, giving your group more privacy and flexibility. It is a great fit for two couples, friends traveling together, a small family, or guests who simply want extra space while staying downtown.

The condo includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full-size bed, and a queen-size air mattress available if needed. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Relax in the living room, enjoy the skyline view from the screened balcony, make coffee with the Keurig, stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs, or head downstairs and explore the city.

Please note: this is not a luxury hotel or brand-new condo tower. Peachtree Towers is a classic Downtown Atlanta high-rise built in the 1960s. We want guests to enjoy the location, space, view, and convenience while also knowing what to expect from an older residential building in a very active downtown setting.

PARKING
There is no reserved or free parking included with the condo. Downtown Atlanta parking is available nearby in paid lots and garages. Many guests use nearby paid parking options around Baker Street and Peachtree Street. Parking prices can vary by day, event schedule, and length of stay, especially during major events. Parking suggestions will be shared before arrival so guests can choose the option that works best for their trip.

LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer inside the condo. A pay-per-use laundry room is available in the building basement.

HEATING AND COOLING
Peachtree Towers uses a building-controlled HVAC system. Guests can adjust the fan speed inside the unit, but the building controls whether the system is set to heating or cooling and controls the overall temperature range. This is common in older high-rise buildings, but it is important to know before booking if you prefer fully adjustable in-unit temperature control.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire condo. The building has secure access, key fob entry, elevator access, and 24-hour front desk/security presence. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent before arrival.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The condo is located in Downtown Atlanta, close to major attractions, event venues, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, and public transportation. This is an active urban area, so guests should expect city noise, traffic, pedestrians, and increased activity during concerts, sporting events, conventions, and World Cup-related dates.
