This newly built home is fully equipped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Less than 0.5 miles to three trailheads, this home is nestled up to the foothills and just down the road from Bogus Basin Road.

This one bedroom home has a queen bed, modern bathroom with a stand up shower, washer/dryer combo, couch with a pullout queen mattress, fully stocked kitchen, large smart TV, gas fire pit, and outdoor seating. It is easy to feel right at home!

This property does not provide cable. It does have a smart TV with many streaming apps that you can log into.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
