The shared private pool and outdoor courtyard is available for all your relaxation and sun-tan needs. This property offers 2 off street parking spaces and close proximity to many of Tybee's great eating options. If you're looking for amenities and location then this is the right place for you!

Property was very nice and clean. Could’ve used a few more towels (both in the kitchen and bathroom). Easy access to beach. Only issue we had was the person in the adjoined building walking from one end of the house to the other nonstop, day and night. You could hear every step and it sounded like they were moving furniture around constantly. We booked this vacation to rest and recharge, but we didn’t get much sleep while we were there due to the constant noise.

Great little property!

This is a cute little property! It's in a prime location for the beach. We brought our golf cart and the driveway was perfect for our trailer and truck. The host was great!

Wonderful stay!

Great stay! The place had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Just a short walk across the street to the beach, and everything else was within walking distance if we didn't want to drive. Ideal spot for our trip! Had an absolutely wonderful time on Tybee! Highly recommend staying here!

the house was beautiful. we had everything we needed. it was the perfect size. Tybee Island was amazing. Very friendly people. Hope to come back soon.

Fiddler

Great little place to stay. Clean and easy to get to. Great having parking on site because Tybee Island makes people pay up to $4 an hour in town. Walking distance to restaurants and shops at the corner of Lovell and Butler. One block to the beach access and one block to Memorial Park. Wonderful patio and pool there, also.

Lack of Privacy (Permanent loud tenants)

Property was clean, well maintained and at the great location. Amenities were nice, most of things you would expect at the place like this. We stayed 4 nights, pool was one of the main reasons why we chose this house, so we can have pool time when not on the beach. Backyard and the pool are wonderful, way better looking than on the pictures.However, pool experience, quite hours or privacy was non-existent at this location. Upon check in we realized we are sharing pool and backyard with serval teenage boys who were loudly playing music, and partying without consideration to us. One boy stated, they are "permanent tenants" there. Smell of marihuana was overwhelming, alcohol was served. Small dog was running around, barking at us and left filth by the pool and backyard which stayed there for few days. This continued every evening while we were there. The noise continued every evening after we went to bed at 9 pm, we could clearly hear everything that was happening above us. We did not report "permanent tenants" because we did not want the rest of our stay awkward when we see them around. I reached out to property owner and made him aware the last night of our stay when the neighbor next door came by at 6:30 pm to let us know that music is loud every night and it has to stop. The property owner said he will address it with tenants, but this should never happen in the first place. This has ruined our stay, hope your stay is better than ours.

The room was comfortable. The decor was very cute. It has great access to the beach. Nice neighborhood. However, the property manager was useless. We left a piece of jewelry and after 1 day he authorized the maid to throw the item away. This was a 14kt gold piece with pink tourmaline. It took him ten days to return our numerous text, and he never returned the call we made to him regarding this. We enjoyed the accommodations, but doubt we would rent again if same property manger was in place.
