Stay comfortably in Marshall at this 2-bedroom cottage on Wilder Creek with 700 ft of creek frontage. Experience the peaceful surroundings in the hot tub and unwind in the amazing king and queen beds. Enjoy the convenience of Starlink WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. Fall in love with Marshall, unplug if you desire and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Security cameras are located by front porch, back deck area over looking hot tub and sliding door, front of garage over looking driveway and rear of the house looking down the hill towards the creek all for safety and security purposes for our guests.

It was an amazing experience. We loved the robes, sitting down by the creek watching nature and listening to the water. It was truly relaxing. Great place to unplug.

My wife and I needed a getaway from our busy life. The Wilder Creek Cottage was exactly what we needed. This peaceful, slice of heaven was a delight; from the quiet woods, the babbling creek, the soft falling snow, to the pairs of deer who visited us each morning, we couldn't ask for a more serene location.Our hosts have fully stocked the cottage with many amenities not found in a 5 star hotel; fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar (french press and espresso machine!?), comfy chairs for reading books, hot tub and large tub, washer and dryer, and even a TV service with tons of movie and show options.Only 4.5 miles from downtown Marshall; decorated for Christmas (like a Hallmark movie), rich in Michigan (national) history, several breweries, restaurants, shops, walking trails, kayaking river (Kzoo river) there is lots tondo. We even participated in a walking tour of houses built in 1900 and a tea at the governor's house. All in all, highly recommended.

Get away

10 out of 10 highly recommend!! This home was perfect for my husband's and mine little get away. One I'm very critical on cleanliness and this house blew all others out of the water with how clean it was, which made it so easy for me to feel relaxed and at home. It's secluded so you have privacy, it's very peaceful and the best part is the wildlife. The deer especially will come right up near house, even if your sitting outside, it's absolutely breath taking!! Kristy is amazing very friendly, easy to get a hold of, and responds within minutes. My husband and I will definitely be making another get away trip here!!

Well-kept, clean and cozy cottage. Great stay!

This cottage was perfectly appointed with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Great little extras in the kitchen. Bathroom was clean, modern and linens well stocked. Loved the adjustable thermostat features (scheduled to warm up when waking). Very comfortable seating in the living room and heated well for the winter. Beautiful surroundings and extremely attentive, friendly hosts. The property is in a quiet neighborhood out of the way, but a less than 10 min drive into downtown Marshall. Bety charming. .

Quiet Country Living at Its Best

You ever go to a place and think 'wonder if they will sell this to me?" This listing did that for me. From the stream just outside your window, to the ample room to spread out and be comfortable with your family, to the newly installed hot tub on the back deck, this place totally hit all the marks. You will not regret staying here. It's local to anything you'd need to purchase or do. Definitely give this one a try!!!
