Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked. Please inform owner if there is any trouble closing or locking doors and windows.

This house was a great bargain for the price. The property was clean and exactly what I needed for the weekend. One negative thing I will say is there is only 7 beds and the listing say it sleeps 12. Therefore, the sleeping arrangements can be difficult with 10 people.

We're glad your group enjoyed the beautiful lake setting and had the opportunity to get out on the water with the paddle boat and kayaks. For future guests, I do want to clarify that our home offers five queen beds, along with a twin daybed and two twin trundle beds, providing separate sleeping spaces for up to 13 individuals (while our maximum occupancy is 12). I also wish you had reached out during your stay—I would have been happy to point out the trundle beds and help make sure everyone was comfortable. This is our first year hosting Cathedral Lakehouse, and we're continually making improvements based on guest feedback. We truly appreciate your comments and hope you'll consider staying with us again so you can experience those improvements firsthand.

This home worked perfectly for what we needed! The host was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and even had a welcome basket with snacks and water. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating for 12 to eat with the two tables and barstools. The readers in my family enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch where they didn't have to worry about pests bothering them. We also utilized and enjoyed the outside firepit for smores. We did not plan on going in the lake but if we wanted to, it would have been very difficult with all of the lily pads. It was a great place with a nice view of the water...oh...the fishing off the dock was also a big hit for my group!
