Clean room Host was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond Ocean view Parking ended up working out to be right next to the building as street parking - there was a special rate going on that made it super cheap.

Location is great! Can walk everywhere. However, very very loud at night with club below and clubs on both side. Music doesn’t stop until 5 am then starts again at 7 am

The "Noise disclaimer" noted on the listing is false. The restaurant below (the Locust) and the night club next door (The Voodoo Lounge) are both open until 5 am. The noise level is unbearable, and caused the floor and bed to vibrate, which did not allow us to sleep. You can verify the hours on the restaurant and night clubs website.

Location was great. Size was fine. General appearance was great. However there were a number of significant problems.The noise levels from the adjourning clubs was extreme and went until 4:30 am which is different than described.There was no washer/dryer.There were inadequate towels.There was an issue with the electric breakers which had to be repaired upon our revival which meant the AC was not worker either. The Living Room had only a single couch and inadequate seating and no coffee tables or end tables.There were issues with the TVs and internet for a couple of nights.

Noise disclaimer is misleading, it states quiet hours after 11pm, club below keeps loud music past 4am, try contacting host and said have to contact when is happening, I send messages well after 1am and no response until next day, someone from compliance came over one night that didn't identify himself properly but as soon as he left the loud music started again, I would not stay or recommend this place not even to my worse enemy. Other than that coffee pot was dirty, bed spread was wrinkle like somebody sat on it, pillows kind of dirty too, luckily my wife always bring her own pillow cases, shower blinds can't be closed and apartment across alley has a window facing directly to the shower, had to use a towel to cover window, no beach towels considering that the beach is across the street, electronic lock fails to lock door often, you have to stand there pushing until it locks. Maintenance personnel didn't inform ahead of time about servicing elevator, it was out of service for hours, other entrance is kind of dangerous in the back alley
