Important Things to Note

• Parking: Street parking is first come, first served on the side of the street closest to the home. There is a no-parking zone across the street.

• Stairs: This is a multi-level home and stairs are required.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or any pet-related damage.

• A private washer and dryer are available for your use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
