We loved sitting by the fire on the deck with our family and looking at the water. It was a clean house and close to the airport and downtown Nashville. Quiet neighborhood and the host were also quiet upstairs. The rooms and kitchen had all the supplies we needed. I would stay here again.
Fantastic stay, awesome location right on the water, and great communication and friendliness from the host. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to Nashville! Hope that we can find time to take a trip out on the boat for our next visit! Thanks again to Matthew for being a great host to our softball team and my family for the week!
Highly recommend this lovely home on the lake! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you might need. The property manage was very pleasant upon our arrival and even let us check in early.
My friends and I booked this lake house and it was a beautiful home, property, and view. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had and were very helpful.
This was a beautiful location and it was close to everything that we were doing in Nashville. There are lots of places for people to sleep and other activities to keep you busy on a rainy day.
We will stay again if we are in Nashville.
Second floor fully contained with board games, game table, two queen bedrooms and bunk room. Comfortable clean and quiet. Thanks for an enjoyable visit.
We drove down from a long weekend in Louisville and needed a place to stay for our family vacation. This was the perfect location. Just close enough to downtown Nashville, yet far enough away that it didn’t have a big town feel. We were surrounded by activities and were never left wondering ‘what is there to do?’
Matt met us at check in and also checked in on us throughout the week. There was as never a doubt that our needs would be met should something arise. All in all, great family vacation spot!
Booked this Amazing property for my 40th birthday Nashville girls trip & it was Perfect!! It was the best of both worlds with close to downtown activities but also a peaceful waterside retreat! It rained a couple days during our stay but there's so much to do at the house if you stay in and watching the rain/sunrises/sunsets from the balcony was just magical!
The hosts were top notch!! Attentive & accomodating to any need and available but not bothersome! Hot tub, balcony, massage chair, laundry, coffee/tea station, pool table, tranquil lakeside retreat feels, and the absolute easiest check-in & check-out!!
12/10 recommend!!! Would Absolutely stay here again!!
This place has something for everyone with on-site hosts who aim to please. Game tables and games galore, massage chair the hubby never left, private deck with lake view. The kids loved the HUGE open floorplan with enough beds to accommodate a small army! Matthew and Rachael offered to take our entire family out on their boat, and access to any of their floats and paddle boards. They even set up a fire pit so we could roast marshmallows. Tons of condiments and spices for cooking. Plenty of toiletries and access to towels, and on-site laundry. Great location right on the lake, maybe bring some bug spray. But if you happen to forget something hosts seem more than happy to help if they can.
Excellent stay, hope to stay again soon!
I work as an electrical controls engineer for a custom automated and robotic machine builder. I travel quite often and have been to 27 countries on 5 continents. I love meeting new people and making them feel comfortable in my home. My fiancé and I live on the top floor of the house above the listing space, which is separated by a locked interior door at the bottom of the stairs.
Why they chose this property
We provide the best of every world....picturesque views from your private balcony or waterfront bedroom, walking distance to restaurants/liquor store/groceries/marina, plenty of games/activities for kids and adults, swimming off the dock or in the hot tub, water sports on the jet boat or kayaking/paddle board. All of this and still only 20 minutes to downtown!
What makes this property unique
I have a Jet Boat that I enjoy using on a regular basis throughout the warmer months. If I am taking it out during your stay, you are more than welcome to join us. Otherwise you are welcome to use any other water toys/floats or the kayak/paddle-board. If during your stay there is anything additional you may need, we are just upstairs and with a quick phone call we will do our absolute best to help you in anyway and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
