Relax in style with contemporary decor and spacious living areas. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and provides you easy access to the back patio with its outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. Each of the four bedrooms offer you and your guests extremely comfortable, plush beds with clean, high quality linens and pillows which we know go a long way to provide restful nights of sleep after days of exploration or work.

We love the bright and airy vibe of our home and we hope that you'll find its design and aesthetic wonderful as well.

PET POLICY:

We allow pets on a case-by-case basis with specific approval after discussion with us.
Please advise us if you will be bringing your pets.
Pet owners must clean up after their pet's waste.
Pets must not be left alone in our house unless they are crated.
Pets must be kept off of the beds, chairs, and sofa.

Our vacation home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered.

The house was exactly as shown. Very nice and looked recently updated. Close to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Highly recommend it.

The house was very nice. Only issue for me, were the high cabinets in the kitchen, but I’m 4’9. So most things are high. I will say also the bed was amazingly comfortable. I would stay here again.

Family Trip

House was just what we were looking for. Everything we went to go do was about the same drive time from this location. I would highly recommend this place.

The perfect house

This was the perfect stay! The house was newly updated, clean, and had everything we needed. I stayed with my parents while visiting my family and wanted to be near the army base and we all loved it. The host was incredibly communicative and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Felt Very Welcoming

We visited with our son and his family before the military transferred him to another base. This home made it an easy place to cook dinner and catch up. Thank you for a wonderful home!

Due to an accidental cancellation, the owner had the option not to let me stay and just keep my money, but they decided to let me stay. That being said, I did feel unsafe in this house. There’s an abandoned house on the corner across the street, maybe a stones throw away. In addition there were dead bugs everywhere and the laundry smelled like mildew. Also, when I checked out, the owner was sitting outside in his car waiting, which was creepy. I had to buy a new pillow because of how bad the ones at the house are and unfortunately left it there. I would not recommend or stay here again.

We are pleased that, despite your reservation being accidentally canceled, we were able to accommodate you and ensure you enjoyed the home as planned. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt uneasy during your visit. Our neighborhood is a quiet residential community, and while one property nearby is currently not occupied, many of our guests have commented on how peaceful and convenient the location is, especially given its close proximity to Fort Carson and downtown Colorado Springs. Regarding the home itself, we take cleanliness and guest comfort with utmost seriousness. The property undergoes a professional cleaning and inspection prior to every arrival, and we have not received similar feedback about “dead bugs” or “mildew” from any other guests. Still, your comments will be reviewed closely with our housekeeping team to ensure standards remain impeccable. As for linens and pillows, these are replaced frequently, and most guests find them very comfortable. We’re sorry they did not meet your personal preference.

We took a family trip to visit our son who is stationed at Fort Carson. This house was perfect for our family with adult and teenage children; the kitchen was open and spacious and comfortable to make meals so that we didn’t have to eat out every day. There is a game room/family room with a huge tv and lots of space and seating for us us to spend a great time together with lots of space when hanging around the home. We took our dog, and the property is fenced in! Huge plus so that our dog had plenty of space to run around and we could open and close the fence to park and allow our dog the freedom to run around after spending time traveling and exploring the area. We will definitely stay again when visiting, the most comfortable stay for our family! Also, great location near the base, zoo, all kinds of great restaurants and hiking trails /scenic views!
