Count them: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8!! Yes, this was the 8th Thanksgiving our family has stayed in this unit. That's how much we enjoy our time together in there. Also demonstrates how pleased and satisfied we are with the unit and owner. He is always responsive to our need. There are nine of us and there was plenty of space and room for some privacy when desired.

This is a corner unit right on the gulf. The pool was heated. It is within walking distance to shopping and dining. We highly recommend it for families!!

The view from the balcony (new furnishing this year) during the day is a sight to behold and this year (Sat 11/25), the sunset was a once in a lifetime viewing, lasting almost 20 minutes!!

Back to the unit, it is beautiful, exquisitely decorated and coordinated. Everything we needed was provided: dishes, pots, and pans, utensils, etc. Every year there's something new, from bedding to rugs on the floor. And not just for pleasing the eye, but for convenience, comfort, and coziness.

Will we return??? Already booked for Thanksgiving week 2018.

We had a fantastic stay.

The complex was small which allowed for a quite enjoyable stay. The unit was large and very nice. Enjoyed the relaxing views from the balcony. The owner even checked in to make sure all was well. We would definitely booked this unit again.

Loved it! Greatest experience at the beach! Beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds and sofas

We were a family of 12 and had plenty of room in this modern, beautifully decorated condo. Loved the pantry, the laundry room and the large walk-in showers. The corner unit provided the most spectacular ocean views! Easy access to the beach or the gorgeous sparkling pool. The grounds staff were always friendly and helpful and we noticed how well the complex was maintained daily. We will recommend this condo to all of our family and friends and will definitely rent it again. Great price-courteous owner!

Perfect property for a large family

The property was ideal for our family vacation, six adults and lots of grandkids. Very close to the beach and the pool was also a nice change from the sand and salt water.

Plenty of room for the little ones who played on the beach and in the condo. Kitchen was equipped well, we cooked meals each night and breakfast every day.

We just spent out 6th (count them - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) Thanksgiving week in this unit. It has been completely redecorated and upgraded with new furniture including bedding, art on the walls, window treatment, and books. You open the door to an awesome entry area and that feeling of "home" continues throughout the condo! The view is fantastic, especially the sunsets!! The kitchen is well equipped for your dining and cooking needs (90% of our meals were prepared there). There are restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I can't say enough about our wonderful stay. There were 9 of us (5 adults and 4 youth) with room for 3 more. AND, this year the pool was heated - "who could ask for anything more?" Out thanks to the owner for making everything comfortable for us. See ya next year!!
