We just spent out 6th (count them - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) Thanksgiving week in this unit. It has been completely redecorated and upgraded with new furniture including bedding, art on the walls, window treatment, and books. You open the door to an awesome entry area and that feeling of "home" continues throughout the condo! The view is fantastic, especially the sunsets!! The kitchen is well equipped for your dining and cooking needs (90% of our meals were prepared there). There are restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I can't say enough about our wonderful stay. There were 9 of us (5 adults and 4 youth) with room for 3 more. AND, this year the pool was heated - "who could ask for anything more?" Out thanks to the owner for making everything comfortable for us. See ya next year!!

Owner's Response: Glad you've yet again enjoyed your stay with your family. Only 358 days till you return. Yes fully upgraded as stated including all new drapes, paint, furniture and now 4th bedroom in law suite has a King bed.

Labor Day Weekend 2016 & Hermine

This 2nd floor condo is perfect for a large family or couples wanting a beachside escape. The elevators are very efficient, even waiting for you most times. If not, the stairs are just outside your door-literally. This is a small complex so not as crowded as most in PCB. Having the chairs/umbrellas was such a treat, and we took advantage, even in the stormy weather, when they were available. The pool is pleasant and shaded for the most part, which gives you a cool break from the ocean. The tile sundeck is quite nice, but we did miss having a hot tub. The unit parking space on the beachside is great for quick access. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and family meals. Jimmie, the owner, responds quickly to your inquiries, and makes the process of renting very simple. We will definitely return to this family size condo on world's most beautiful beach!

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful condo and perfect height for the balcony! Our family of 4 went with another family of 6, and there was plenty of room. We especially liked the fact that 2 sets of chairs/umbrellas were included in the rental. That kept us from having to set up our canopy every day. We didn't have to worry about crowds because of the time of year that we went and never had to wait for an elevator. Jimmie was great to work with, and we received our damage deposit back very soon after we arrived home. We hope to be able to go there again!

Great getway place

We just got back from this condo yesterday and I could not find anything wrong, it is great and it has the fastest elevators on the beach and we have tried a lot of them. The owner is great to work with, we hope to get it next year, when we find our plans. Thanks Jimmy.

Fantastic Accommodations for SeaBreeze Jazz Festival
