This cozy private studio has its own entrance, kitchenette, and fast WiFi — perfect for solo travellers, couples, and medical travellers visiting Health City.

Whether you're needing a few nights for island exploring, a long stay, or treatment and recovery, this quiet, comfortable studio is an easy base.

The home is located in the center of the island and is just off the main arterial road, providing easy access to all sides of the island and is 5 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants. Access to public buses is also very easy from the property.

Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer combo, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and all the dishware and silverware you need.

There is a queen-sized bed, a cozy loveseat, a table for two, and an adjustable flat-screen TV that you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed or the loveseat.

To enhance your stay, we provide beach towels, snorkeling masks, a small cooler ensuring you’re fully equipped for a day at the beach or on a tour.

Whether you’re here to explore the island or simply unwind, this studio is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a true taste of Grand Cayman.

Bodden Town has a good variety of shops - from groceries to a bakery to the amazing Beach Bubbles shop where I always go whenever I am on the island

Thank you for your stay and for your private message with feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the bed and sofa very comfortable and were able to relax and enjoy your much-needed visit. The photos shared — including a small scratch on the toilet lid, some surface rust on the faucet, and small cracks in the corner of the bathroom window — highlight a few minor cosmetic items that have been noted and are being addressed as part of routine maintenance. For additional reassurance, the property is professionally inspected and professionally monitored for mold at the start of every quarter (March 1, June 1, September 1 and in December1 ) due to the island’s high humidity - which we diligently monitor. Some of the additional suggestions mentioned (such as preferences for different kitchen items, glassware made of glass, a hair dryer, or chair cushions) relate to personal preferences or upgrades beyond what is currently shown and described in the listing. We always encourage guests to review the listing details and photos carefully to ensure the space is the right fit for their expectations. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable stay that is accurately represented for our guests.

The house was perfect for our needs. Host was very friendly and helpful. The home is centrally located so we could easily explore both ends of the island. We enjoyed how close we were to everything especially the beautiful beaches.

Excellent place, great host!

This cozy rental in Bodden Town was in a great location, easy to explore the whole island. I could get to Rum Point or 7 mile beach within 25 minutes, and even East End was close enough. Everything was super clean, and Samantha had a ton of helpful info on the area. Plus the snorkeling gear was nice to have too.I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This property is so enjoyable! Every time I stay here I cannot wait I come back. Samantha, the host, is warm and welcoming. The perfect mid island spot to make getting to activities on both sides of the island easy. Definitely not my last stay at the House on the Hill!

Exactly what I needed for a three night stay. Centrally located on island. 30 minutes to Georgetown or Rum Point. Shower water could have been warmer.

Perfect studio apartment

I had a beautiful stay at the House on the Hill! The location is in the center of the island making access to 7 mile beach as well as the East End and Rum Point easy. You are also walking distance to several restaurants. Check in was simple and the studio was spotless and so pretty! I met the property manager, Samantha, while I was there. She was lovely and so welcoming! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again. 5 stars!
