A perfect base for discovering Grand Cayman

We stayed nine days and discovered the island from this extremely clean and well-appointed apartment with pleasant interior and covered terrace with BBQ. Good AC and ceiling fans securing nice indoor ambiance.

Amazing Find!

We absolutely loved staying at Susan’s property. It was extremely well stocked with toiletries and kitchen equipment. The place is very spacious and the pool was very well maintained! We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This is more like a local area but it's very convenient to the airport, downtown and grocery. Place is quiet, clean and neat.

The good- fair price, clean apartment, a pool for the kids, plenty of space.The bad: pool was extremely dirty filters jammed packed with debris, remote to tv not working, second floor tv also not functioning, shower curtain in first floor bathroom fell off day one, bedroom door handle fell off into my hand, mattresses were horrendous, especially downstairs. no lighting on back patio. both shower heads leaked and had terrible water pressure. Lots of lights did not work throughout unit. Last day while packing the car we got locked out of the unit. The keypad reset and we had no way to get inside, where our keys and phones were. We had no way to reach Susan and had to knock on doors to try and figure out if anyone knew her. Luckily she pulled up after we waited for 45 minutes outside in the rain. Not a good start to the travel back home which you always dread anyway (and with a sick kid in tow) would not rent here again

Had a great time! Very nice condo!

We were visiting Grand Cayman for our second time. We are scuba divers and really enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax in the afternoons. The pool was great and very relaxing. Very nice, well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. We met Susan once as she came by the day we arrived to make sure everything was good. We really appreciated that. Highly recommended.

It was a great stay. The unit was right next to the pool and we didn't see anyone in the pool all 5 days we stayed. We explored the island during the day and lounged at the pool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problem preparing meals. I had read reviews about the AC being locked at 75 degrees but this was not a problem. When you are at the beach all day, coming back to 75 degrees is great. And there are ceiling fans throughout the unit. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing get away

We had an amazing stay, even got to meet Susan. The place was very clean. Definitely recommend it. Everything was just as pictured. There was only one down side which I never mentioned because we weren't at the house for long, the AC was locked to 75 degrees the lowest and we felt hot. But the place was clean, everything was as pictured and it was very clean. We will be back!

Quiet and Comfortable

My daughter and I stayed at the condo for a diving trip. The condo perfectly met our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and loved the patio off the pool. The beds were very comfortable, but be warned, the roosters will wake you up early. They were very fun to watch though. Even though we were aware of the location of the property, we gave it a 4 because it was about 30 minutes to drive into town because of traffic. It wasn’t a problem, we just had to plan for it. It was nice to come back to at the end of the day for a quiet, relaxing evening. Susan was very responsive and even texted when the condo was ready earlier than the check in time. We would stay again!

Amazing stay!

This place was perfect for our family of four, including two kids aged five and nine. We loved the pool just off the patio, and the large courtyard with a playscape. There are also a few families with young children (aged 0 to 9 years) who live in the complex, and my kids were delighted to have playmates during lazy mornings or when we came back in the afternoon. Susan's place is also well-equipped. We had everything we needed, including: - beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella; - pool noodles and floaties; - a fully stocked kitchen, including pots, pans, toaster, measuring cup, and other cooking items; - various spices and condiments (oil, balsamic vinegar, flour, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, ketchup, etc.), so that we didn't have to buy everything to use once; - a cabinet full of sunscreens/lotions that prior renters had left; - and plenty of toilet paper (some other places we've stayed have been so stingy!). Susan's place is also very conveniently located. We loved staying in the middle, making it easy to reach places in both the west and the north. Here's how long it took us to reach various places: - The port in George Town - 12 min - Seven Mile - 15 min - Turtle Center - 25 min - Botannical Gardens - 35 min We had a fantastic time and are really glad we picked Susan's place.

Really Impressive

The stay was amazing. You can tell that the owner thought of EVERY last detail when creating this space for vacationers. The location is great. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships, yet close enough to restaurants and dive tours and not that far of a drive to any part of the island. Susan is very nice and responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quaint.

Loved the location near the airport, town and was centrally located. I prefer a place that is off the beaten path and not full of tourists and is away from all the hustle bustle. The area was quiet and you get a feel like it’s living in your own place on the island. Susan was very friendly and everything we needed was there. Roosters and chickens will greet you ! Would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.
