The back door was screwed shut. The window unit in the bedroom didnt cool the house even with fans. My guest & I have bug bites all over. The faucet in the shower leaks where water goes on the floor.

The back door was secured for safety reasons, and I’ll make sure that’s communicated more clearly moving forward. I’m also currently addressing the A/C unit and plumbing issues you mentioned, and I’ll have maintance to fumigate the yard immediately! By all means this was definitely a cozy place to stay for our 2.5 day weekend in Cleveland. Clean, well appointed, nicely decorated. Having a working fridge to keep our buys from The West Side Market in overnight was fabulous. Off-street parking was great. Many thanks to the home owner for a beautiful page to stay.

The place was ok but not close to any Cleveland sites or restaurants.Also, unfortunately, there was a severe thunderstorm, and the power went out, so I had no power the second day and night of my stay. No lights, no Wi-Fi, no air-conditioning. So it was a mixed experience.
