My friends and I had a wonderful time at the perch to celebrate a buddy’s bachelor party. The only thing that we had to complain about was Mother Nature causing a big blue algae bloom so we couldn’t kayak and fish.

This place was awesome. Great views of the lake from inside and outside. Inside was very clean and comfortable, with all the amendities you need in the kitchen. Plenty of things to do between taking the pontoon out for a drive, or fishing, to going in the game room and shooting some pool, darts, pinball or just relaxing on the deck. Mary our host, dropped off the pontoon when we got there. She was great to communicate with. Overall you can't go wrong with this place!

Everything about it was amazing!! Clean , beautiful place, pet fence was great! My family loved it so much we all agreed we are staying there again. Can’t wait . So much fun! Game room was great.
