Brand new luxury house on 3 levels with 2 living rms, 7 bdrms and 10 beds + a huge backyard with heated pool & jacuzzi!

Outdoor dining, lounging, pool & spa with parking for up to 7 cars. The strip is super close and so are restaurants and a huge outlet mall. A stylish shuffle board will keep you entertained and a dining table for 16 people will have everyone at the same table. Extremely private, secluded location yet minutes to the strip!

This is a 3 level property in a quiet cup-de-sac.

The host and the house truly made this one of our best trips. Our host Linda was EXCELLENT. She met us at the house and immediately made us feel at home. She was welcoming, extremely nice and went above and beyond she didn't just open the door and leave. She showed us where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book with Linda again she was GREAT. The house location couldn't have been better. Everything was close by the airport, shopping outlets, restaurants, grocery stores and of course the Las Vegas strip. The space was perfect for our group of 7 men, but the bedrooms, two sitting areas and the outdoor area would work wonderfully for any group whether a family with kids or a group of friends. My family wants to go to Vegas soon and I will definitely look to book this house again.

Overall we really enjoyed the house. It has a great set-up that worked perfectly for my family. Getting checked in was easy & the host was absolutely lovely to work with.

The agent was super helpful with the checkin process . I do believe the house is not described as it truly is. It’s not a new home . It is an older home that has been somewhat updated. The floors are in need of repair and rugs and windows need cleaning . Front door is bolted completely unusable so very inconvenient if having food delivered as you have to walk around thru gate to get , also had to click gate and run out gate to leave for checkout due to no front door also I think not using front door may not be up to code if there was a fire at back of house. Backyard is nice . Plus the box with extra supplies like trash bags etc we could not find at all . If want a house with lots of bedrooms it fits the bill. I just think at price range it was at the things above need to be addressed.

Huge house, great for multi-families

We loved staying in this house for our reunion. It fit our multi-family group really well. It's a little run down, but overall you don't really notice it because it's nicely decorated and everything was mostly functional. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the shuffleboard game was a hit with the kids. Having the large dining room table was exactly what we needed for our large group. A few things to note, the house is pet-friendly (we didn't bring any) and many in our group developed allergies and had to take medicine. One child even broke out in hives. Maybe the couches and blankets need extra cleaning? The king bed downstairs had huge stains on the sheets, the microwave didn't work and we were never able to lock the front door.

Great location

The location of this property is great. Plenty of room for our group. There are some updates needed. For example the floor is very uneven with some caution tape in one place. You cannot use the front door at all, which we found odd Check in was super easy. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly dealt with. The house is well stocked with everything you need, which was greatly appreciated - extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. it was nice to not have to buy those things.

Condition of the home was not worth the price.

Home was in a good location and the host who let us in was super friendly. But the home is run down, out of date, and dirty. Our socks and feet were black from the floors. The windows were filthy had no screens. Carpets were dingy. Lots of potential with some remodeling. Way overpriced.

Nice Location, Good # of Rooms but had some issues

We rented the house for 10 people and the house was great as it had plenty of bedrooms and area to spread out but also be together. The backyard and pool are quite nice with a covered patio for some shade. However, could use some umbrellas for shade when want to sit at the pool. The house is in a great location - close to the airport, rental car center, 2 grocery stores nearby (driving) and 2 local casinos.Issues: Main one - sewer smell started coming from the laundry room. Kitchen/Supplies:The dishwasher wasn't plugged in so we weren't sure if weren't suppose to use it. Was it broken? Was it leaking etc? It took overnight to hear back from host regarding.Dinnerware had a lip on the plates so didn't fit in the dishwasher rack well so couldn't get as many plates in there and had to hand wash a lot.No plastic ware to take out to the pool! Two broken can openers so couldn't open a can. Knives not sharp. No complete set of baking cups, no colander, no scissors of any kind, no vase for flowers, no pen or paper (wanted to keep score for shuffleboard). No kleenex. Main level bathroom had no soap/body wash.Host communication: Check in was good. We were told then they had to go out of town for a family emergency but they would be available. Slow to respond about dishwasher and we never received check-out instructions. We would consider staying again for family event if amenities improved.

Miss Linda was so helpful and nice. Check in process was easy and she made sure to explain the house in detail to us.There was plenty of room for our group, and the dining table was spacious enough for us all to sit at together for a meal.Kitchen had so much, very well stock with baking/cooking needs. Everything was even labeled which made it great!!Backyard area was very spacious and so well maintained.We felt it was very clean and in a great area, and overall we had a great experience
