Very nice vacation rental

The host worked very hard to resolve some minor issues we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly neighborhood and a really nice home to vacation in.

Good location,Economical place

The location is good and near to both disney and universalThe house is in a quiet townhouse community , reasonably well maintained but the house is not equipped with basic condiments like Bodywash, thrash bags, shampoo etc, we need to go to Walmart and get all things we need.The host is not friendly, Altough the listing says 11am checkout, she constantly pings several times asking us to checkout at 10am. While at end we indeed checkout at 11am , the way she constantly reminds us on house rules and checkout time felt not a pleasant experience

This property did not come with all that was promised. It stated there were T.V’s in every room there was only one T.V. When I asked the owner why, she just stated there was a storm and it knocked out the T.V’s but you took my money and we had no T.V’s to watch with 6 people four being children. Bathroom liners in all the bathrooms were disgusting. We could not sit outside because the screen was damaged. The place needed some cleaning. The only good thing about this place was the Neighbors were very friendly. I am from Kissimmee. I will never stay there again.

Bedbug infested—no refund offered

I tried to overlook the inconvenience of no TVs in the bedrooms and no washcloths until we asked for them and we had to ask twice. Things happen. But when my family comes home with bedbug bites and we have to treat our homes and bodies and the homeowner doesn’t offer a refund or anything for all our trouble it’s disappointing. The owners are very polite and quick to respond to issues and they did apologize for the bedbugs but sadly that doesn’t fix what we went through. DO NOT STAY HERE! It isn’t worth it! Such a nightmare for my family.

Don’t recommend

This location is not in a great area. The property owner is very hard to get ahold of. The carpet is all stained and we wouldn’t even sit on the couches or chairs because they were so dirty. The screened in porch had a section of the roof missing so it wasn’t “screened” in. Also the main floor bathtub drain doesn’t drain so while taking a shower it’s also like taking a bath, in your own filth. I would not recommend this property.

Plenty large for a big family, was advertised as having 4 TV’s with cable & WiFi. Only TV was in family room, no cable or set top box, had a router with good WiFi. Kitchen was well equipped, microwave too small & cabinets could have used a good exterior cleaning. Plenty of towels, no dishwasher detergent, no dryer sheets or bathroom toiletries. Screened in patio had a table with 4 chairs, screen needed to be repaired. Great location for tourist attractions & shopping.

Not perfect, but good enough

The condo is in a nice community and there is a very nice neighbor. I had to send two requests for check in details regarding our stay just days before our arrival. Our family of 10 arrived separately in 4 different vehicles and it was frustrating to get information about parking even when I asked the day before we arrived. The host and the neighbor ultimately helped us find a resolution. There were plenty of kitchen items to cook with, but had 2 roaches run across the counter when cooking. The description needs to be updated-there are not tvs in the bedrooms. The condo was a good size for our family, but is showing the wear and tear of being a vacation rental-big crack in the floor tile and screen broken out of the back screen porch. There was plenty of seating for meals and to hang out in the living area. There was plenty of hot water. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags-only one of each provided for a 3 night minimum stay. Bring your own dishwasher soap-none provided. There was Dawn to hand wash dishes and plenty of kitchen towels. Plenty of towels and sheets, but no washcloths. The back door view is very pretty-woods, no back door neighbors. The playground was a short walk for the grandkids to play.

Great stay

The accommodations were perfect for our family of ten. The house was roomy and comfortable and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was just a short drive to Disney and Diana was available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

VERY NICE

GREAT STAY, GREAT LOCATION, AND THE NEIGHBOR WAS NICE AND VERY HELPFUL The rooms where spacious or cozy. The amenities had TV, fridge, microwave, WiFi, coffee maker, and hair dryer was helpful. The owners was helpful, with ability to make you feel welcome. The only thing was instruction for the gate, and in the kitchen it was full of bugs. Had to spray daily. Thanks

Having been to Kissimmee previously we purposely picked this location, so pleased with the house and location, within easy reach of all attractions but situated away from the hold ups within the road networks, clean and quiet area, highly recommend for peace and tranquility.

Close! Clean! & BIG!

My family and I drove down from NJ, Diana was accommodating to my arrival. She had previously sent me all the information to be able to get inside the house. The house was beautiful, clean and BIG. We were within 20-25 minutes from Disney & Universal Studios. I highly recommend staying in her home.

Wonderful Experience

This was the first time I rented a condo for a large group and I had my hesitations but I was wonderful. There was 10 of us in total with 5 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was nice with two playground, walk trail and pool (which the kids loved). The neighborhood was conveniently located which was nice when exploring the area. Only stayed a few days but was a great time. Diana was very responsive when I would email with questions. Would definitely go back.

VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY

This 4 br townhome was absolutely perfect for a family with kids. Everything was clean, pleasing, and comfortable. The property is easy to get to, in a quiet area, about 20 minutes drive from the Magic Kingdom. The owners were very easy to get in touch with, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again :)

The property was exactly as pictured. Perfect for our family of four, including two teens.

It was 25 minutes from universal and 10 minutes from the bigger outlet mall. We used the pool, which was clean and perfect for our kids. The complex was quiet and felt very secure. Many of the houses in this community were also rented as vacation rentals, and everyone we met was extremely friendly. The owners were very nice and sent in-depth directions, including codes and such, the day before our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Kissimmee – Orlando area because our house is 15 min away from Disney Theme Parks and also an hour from Blue Springs Park, High Springs, Florida which I strongly recommend visiting if you are planning to visit Kissimmee – Orlando area.
