The home is lovely. The host was very responsive to answering my questions and was very quick to respond. recommend the slow world of windmark. The beaches was not very crowded and we loved the stroll on the golf cart. Just watch the lip on the porch and the garage. We had a nice time with family making some memories.

First of all I don’t think I have ever felt so comfortable staying in a VRBO as I did this one. We literally felt at home. The host provided everything you would need for a beach day so no need to bring anything! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. The beds. Let’s talk about how comfy the beds were. We slept so good the 6 nights we stayed. We will definitely be back!

The home was SO CLEAN. So beautiful! You can tell they take pride in providing a wonderful vacation for each family. The home owners had great communication and were extremely kind. They even had toys for the kids!

This home was terrific! We cook a lot and this kitchen was unbelievable, had everything we needed plus more. The beds were all comfortable and nicely decorated. The porches were great and comfortable. Chelsea was wonderful to work with, great communication and offered information in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean home with easy access to the beach. Quite neighborhood. No stairs which was highly needed for my elderly parents. Fully stocked garage with chairs, toys and large golf cart. Host was incredibly attentive and kind.

The place was immaculate, checkout easy, unlike other stays where the require you to wash your towels, strip beds and haul garbage cans to the street. Chelsea was just fabulous, a perfect host! Communication was simple and replies almost immediate. The community was centrally located making it possible to explore surrounding areas. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable stay during my six week coastal trip! I will most definitely return in years to come!

It's been a week and a half since returning from Chelsea's place and honestly, I'm not okay. I've been avoiding writing this review because my heart doesn't understand why we ever had to leave. Our stay at Chelsea's place was everything we could have hoped for and more, much more! Chelsea was a prompt and friendly communicator before we even booked and continued to be throughout our stay. This beautiful home is exactly as described. Chelsea has thought of everything—literally, pack your clothes and get here ASAP!Things I really under estimated that completely made the trip:-Beach supplies: sand toys, boogie boards, paddle boards, a puddle jumper and life jackets, sand wagon and big wheel sand cart, chairs, umbrellas, canopy, towels... Don't waste your time or car space packing these. Bring some goggles and she's got the rest. -Golf Cart: DO NOT even consider booking a stay in this area without one. The 6 seater toted our whole family plus beach supplies every day to the beach and village center. It's worth having a cart just to roam around. I wouldn't vacation here without one, seriously. -Extras: Kids toys, pet toys/bed, toiletries, laundry soap, etc. We really felt pampered while here! Thank you, Chelsea, for a fantastic stay! We will definitely be back!

Chelsea was very welcoming and wanted to make sure that we had the best time. When I contacted her about a few issues that were definitely our fault, she was very understanding. The home was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels! There were many nice amenities… we especially liked the golf cart to get to the beach. If we ever get back to Port St Joe, I will definitely look to stay here again.

This property was outstanding. The home is just lovely. It is spotless and so tastefully decorated with neutral coastal colors. The Host provided everything here you could possibly want or need. Windmark is a great place to stay and we enjoyed the golf cart daily to get the the Village and the Beach. I would highly recommend staying again and again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The host was perfect and had all the amenities we could ask for to spend hours at the beach, pool, or just hanging out at the house. We would all come back and I highly recommend!

We thought it would be nice to try something different for Thanksgiving, so we decided to stay here. The home is beautiful, and the amenities added a lot of treasured memories. We were a little concerned when we discovered the golf cart had a flat tire, but the owners found us a cart, at their expense, on Thanksgiving Day to use while we were there. We are already thinking of when we can come back and rent the same place.

Family Vacation

Had a great stay in Port St Joe. The house was top notch. Very clean and well decorated. There were tons of little extras that made the beach more enjoyable like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we would most definitely stay again! Loved it!!

The house was absolutely immaculate! Decor and set up was beautiful. More amenities than you'll ever need. We had a fantastic week. Chelsea was wonderful to work with and super responsive.

House was amazing. The kids really enjoyed all the games and toys that were available in the house. Golf cart was definitely a bonus. We loved riding around in the evening and enjoying the sunset. They really had everything you could need for the beach and pool!
