Overall, it was as listed. It was comfy, clean, and comfortable.We recommend replacing the front storm door so leaves don't blow into the house when it is open. Also, there were several spider webs in the kitchen adjacent to the stand with dishes on it.

This is the perfect stay in Fayette!!! It is quaint, clean, quiet, walking distance to everywhere and simply fantastic!!! Our host was so accommodating and it could not have been better!!!

Host was great in communicating right after I booked. Cozy space was perfect for me and my wife. Wifi worked great and bed was comfortable. Downtown square had some good local options. Make sure to hit Fireside Bakes and Brews for your morning coffee. Later in the day we had pizza/beers at McMillians. Definitely recommend this spot if staying in Fayette!

Thank you Charlie... we are glad you stayed. We talked about moving the bathroom wall out but since the building is old and those walls are plaster they are very expensive to move. So we decided to leave a bigger lounge area which we hope people use more as the bathroom is usable but not used as often. Does that make sense? Thank you, again! Carter

G’ma’s Too Full

We stayed for one night while home for Christmas and Mom’s house was too full. Excellent option. Small, clean, easy to get too, good parking. Great spot to stay for a visit to Fayette or CMU.
