This home features a very large open living room and dining room area with ornamental fireplace that opens up into the freshly remodeled kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and smart TV. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a sofa bed in the living room for an additional sleeping area for bigger groups, laundry room with washer & dryer is located right off of the kitchen

This home was perfect for our stay. It's very close to Notre Dame. It is clean and spacious and was very comfortable for our family. We would stay again!!

First time staying in SB. We stayed at this lovely property for The Rally. Super close to campus. Very walkable to Eddy Commons and the stadium. Our host/manager was great and everything was as listed

This is the perfect spot to base yourself for a Notre Dane football game! The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a great weekend!

The home had been newly renovated and was in a safe location. The bathrooms have not been updated yet. That was my only complaint, but everything was clean and new and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 2 nights attending the ND - NCS football weekend on Oct 11,2025. The rental and pre arrival process was excellent. Doug was very attentive and communicateed frequently during the entire time. Access was smooth with the code and internet info provided in a very timely manner.The home was clean and well appointed. Location is very good, only a couple miles from the ND campus in a quiet neighborhood. We all had a great time and would recommend this house for groups of 8-10.

Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the home was great for our family. Great location, close to every you need. Our host Doug was easy to reach and responsive.
