Looking for midterm renters (fully furnished place) for 1-3 months beginning in January of 2025.
The property is a charming two-bedroom, two-bath, townhouse with a two car garage. It is 25 minutes from downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. It features a spacious and open layout. As you enter, you're welcomed by a bright living room that leads into a designated dining area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is equipped with a floating island that adds both style and functionality to the space. Recently repainted, the interiors feel fresh and updated.
Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms and the convenience of an in-unit laundry room. The loft area offers additional space for an office/lounge.
There are lots of walking paths nearby and it is 5 minutes from a target and Walmart, as well as several cute restaurants.

We are long time Minnesotans who love to travel and adventure. We love Minnesota, but we don't love the winter! :) We snowbird during the winter traveling to the beach or the warmer mountain states out west. When we aren't out exploring, trail running or hiking we love to spend time playing board games or cooking a meal together. We love to host people in our townhome because we fell in love with our home when we bought it, and it is so fun to share with others while we are away.

The neighborhood is so quiet and cute, while still being close to stores and restaurants. It is very peaceful, and we love to sit out on the patio and take walks. It's also 5 minutes off the freeway so we are close to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We love that it has two living spaces. There is a loft and a living room. This allows us to both have our own works spaces as we use one of the bedrooms as the office. We also love the high ceilings and big windows.
