This was the perfect place for our kids and gave them the room to run around outside and have a fire at night. If this place is available I would book it right away. No regrets staying here.
It is a wonderful property and great for quiet. I loved all the natural light. There's a full size bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable places to lounge everywhere!
Overall really liked the place, my only complaint is not having some kind of blinds on the upper widows where the beds are and something on the door. Especially with another house very close by. Other than that great stay and really enjoyed it.
Place was very clean and the location was secluded. Only minutes from shallowford road and less than 30 minutes from downtown. The only problem I had was bumping my head a couple time on the ceiling after waking up. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we had ever stayed in a tiny home, and after staying here we would certainly do it again. There was more than enough room for us. The rooms were clean and we wanted for nothing. If we needed to get in contact with the host, he was readily available… and for that I would give this tiny home, and host, five stars!
Literally one of the best places to stay. All the hospitable touches made it amazing. It was nice to have staples in house and the ability to cook and have coffee. I would definitely stay again! The beds were comfy although do mind your head when entering and exiting. Even with that 10 out of 10!!!! Also so clean and easy to check in!!
Comfortable and clean retreat. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the small touches that mean a lot when you are traveling. We would definitely rebook if we are back in the area.
Andy was very kind and the home is pristine. Well done, thank you for hosting. Pls let me know if you acquire any more that are perhaps a tad bit more secluded or with a great scenery. I'd encourage others to use this home.
Super cute tiny house with everything we needed. Clean and fun. Feels like you are way out in the country but a short drive into town. Will stay again!
A lovely stay in a tranquil spot -- birds by day and fireflies by night. The fire pit was great and we had many enjoyable evenings outside. Some minor noise from nearby roads but otherwise exceptionally secluded. The house itself is just what you see in the pictures: small, modern, well-proportioned, everything you need. Overall a lovely stay and we'll come again.
Loved this little home and the quaintness of it. I have never been so impressed by the cleanliness of a place; it was spotless and everything was just right. Super cute, very quiet. There are houses around but never a disturbance or thought of sharing space.
This tiny home was a fun and unique place to stay. My kids loved the beds near the ceilings and the outdoor fire pit for S'mores was hit! The shower was nice, and plenty of towels and multiple kitchen items made this stay homey and comfortable. There are several homes on the property so while the kids played outside we tried to remain respectful of close neighbors. The owner was responsive the one time we reached out. We used the Wi-Fi, tv, and played some games that were available. Would stay again.
Booked a stay here to escape the damage from the hurricane and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Clean, comfy beds; WiFi, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, you name it. The tiny home is oddly spacious and so lovely. Gorgeous views and very private. I wish every city had a listing like this because we were blown away. Will definitely be staying here again!
My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible.
Booked the tiny home for a week because of it's proximity to the Collegedale area and how cute and modern it looked in the photos. We were NOT disappointed. It was the perfect size for a couple and had all the amenities we needed. It was close enough to Chattanooga when we needed to buy anything or go out to eat, but also far enough away from the city to feel serene and secluded. Andrew was a great host - responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to book this tiny home the next time we're in town!needed.

This is easily the best tiny home I've stayed in. Everything was modern, clean, and gorgeous. It was far from the city but close at the same time. The property owner answered all my questions before I asked them. Mr. Andy your the best. We will be coming back soon!!!!!!!!
