With a bathroom stocked with all the essentials, you'll feel right at home. Parking for two vehicles in front of the unit and keyless entry. This is a gated residence, a gate remote will be furnished for you during your stay. There is a fee for a lost gate remote. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The hospitality made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.One of our favorite memories was watching the kids turn the front walkway into a slip-and-slide—they had the best time, and it’s a memory we’ll be talking about for years. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together while exploring beautiful Sandpoint.The location was great, a little outside of the main town and the home was a wonderful base for our long weekend. We did have a little trouble figuring out the front door lock, but once we were in, everything else was fantastic.Thank you for sharing your home with us. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would happily stay here again!

We are retired and living the North Idaho dream! We have two medium sized dogs, very friendly which is why pets are allowed. We are pretty low key, enjoy the outdoors and visiting with neighbors and family.

Why they chose this property

The wildlife, the friendly neighbors and not too close to town but not too far either. The rivers and closeness to the lake. The quiet is very calming and there is relatively no road noise so sleeping at night is fantastic and very restful.

What makes this property unique

We are in the woods where you see wildlife but not so rustic that you don't feel connected.
