This charming house was built in 1905 and remodeled inside and out with many original touches retained like turn-of-the-century door knobs, and a built-in display case. The most recent upgrade includes hardwood floors and in-ceiling speakers. The ample back yard is a great place to play and enjoy the fire pit. Enjoy the bikes we provide including a chariot for kiddos and a bike seat for a small child that can be attached to a bike.
The house is centrally located to take advantage of all that Sandpoint has to offer including Lake Pend d'Oreille, City Beach Park, The Festival at Sandpoint, Lost in the 50's, Schweitzer Mountain. Park your car and enjoy the town - you'll be within walking or biking of distance from downtown and there are bikes included with the rental.
Downtown Sandpoint boasts great restaurants (loaf-ladle.com), eclectic shopping, local breweries (mickduffs.com), and iconic bars (219.bar).

Home was within walking distance to downtown great location
This is a great property-- clean, near downtown, with all the desired amenities and a spacious backyard. The owners are boundlessly accomodating and kind. We hope to stay here again next year, the year after, on and on.
Perfect house for us
We loved this place and hope to return this summer. It's a perfect location...short walk to shops and coffee and excellent restaurants. What more could you ask for?!
Had a wonderful stay.
Clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing home in a perfect location. Hope to return in the summer!
This was a wonderful place to stay for our ski weekend. If we could make any suggestions it would be for more comfortable seating in LR area. All else spectacular including fenced back yard for our pets.
Older home but very, very well remodeled and supplied.
This place really hit the spot for us. Home is well located in Sandpoint. Shopping, restaurants and brew pubs within easy walking distance. The owners have provided anything and everything you might need or want. We try to ski Schweitzer at least once each winter. Will definitely keep this one in mind for next year.
