Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Great location but fell a little short in the details
This was our first tiny-home/RV stay. The location is amazing, but the units themselves need work.Bedding – Threadbare sheets and flat pillows. Unit 1’s loft bed had visible bodily-fluid/food stains and hair; the main bed’s linens were thin. Bring your own bedding.Cleanliness – Bath towels felt used, so we re-washed them. Cleaning supplies: Only supply was a grimy Lysol bottle under the bathroom sink and a small bottle of dish soap. Again, bring your own. The owners is honest about a minimal supply. Plumbing & pests – The toilet is a manual pump RV unit, and bugs in the bathroom are common. The listing should say so; it was a surprise to us as we have never experienced RV living. “Heated” plunge pool – Really an oversized toddler pool; at 5'5" the water didn’t reach my knees, and the DIY pump was loud. Space – Very tight; larger or taller adults will struggle to move around comfortably.Owner communication – She came quickly when my friend’s hot water seemed to run out (it was user error), but was curt in pre-stay questions.Kitchen – Layout is fine, but bring your own cleaning products. Also if you are a coffee drinker, the pot is small and needs to good cleaning. Checkout instructions – The sheet posted on the wall doesn’t match the instructions from the booking app, creating confusion and the owner is within her rights to charge. The area is perfect, yet deeper cleaning, clearer listing details, and fresher linens would make this rental worth the price.

Please next time report any pests you see or issues you encounter. We have inspected your unit thoroughly and found none of the things you describe. Linens and towels were clean and no existing stains. The size of the pool is clearly pictured and the price is less than you can stay at a cheap motel. We specifically tell guests about RV plumbing in our pre-check in correspondence. It sounds like it just wasn't your spot, and that's ok. But as you can see from our other reviews, the property is clean, the location amazing and the management responsive.
