Welcome to Bella Vista newest luxury retreat! Enjoy a spacious rooftop deck with a 75` outdoor TV, private hot tub, and scenic woodland views. Perfect for outdoor lovers, this pet-friendly home features direct access to Tunnel Vision Trail and is just minutes from Huntley Gravity Park and Lake Windsor’s Pontoon Park. Relax in one of three king suites, a bonus game room/bedroom, and explore world-class mountain biking, hiking, golf, lakes and nature. The ultimate escape for families or friends!

Each of the three bedrooms offers a premium-quality king bed for a restful night`s sleep. The downstairs living/game room also includes a deluxe single-size rollaway bed, perfect for accommodating a 7th guest. This isn`t your typical rollaway—it comes with a luxurious memory foam mattress and a strong, sturdy frame to ensure maximum comfort.


Lookout Chalet is strategically located on the west side of Bella Vista allowing immediate access to trails and other popular amenities like golf and fishing! These nearby attractions will offer a great mix of outdoor activities, nature, and unique experiences for your family or friends:

This exceptionally clean, modern VRBO home had several games available and fun options for familiar and groups of various ages. Although we did not bring our familiar dog, the somewhat inconsistent communication about bringing pets appeared to give a somewhat pet-friendly vibe (online said service animals only, but in-house guidance said pets were welcome).

Long weekend family trip

We met some friends who used to live in Bentonville. It was a last minute decision, and we are fortunate that we were able to find this property! It was perfect, convenient and very peaceful! Paul was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay! will be back!

Wow!

This Home is soo amazing! Everything was just perfect. Loved the decor. The games and hot tub was a hit. The location was great as well. We had access to the trails. Our favorite spot was the roof top deck.We loved Allen's Grocery Store!!
