casa frente al lago impecable y recientemente renovado. Muy Gran patio extendedora línea de costa con escalones hacia el muelle que conducen al lago fondo arenoso. Mira por la ventana de la sala de estar y sentirse como si estuviera en la costa oeste de ver una vista al mar increíbles puestas de sol.
Esta es la casa de lujo perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia maravillosa, con la capacidad de caminar 500 pies en el lago sin el agua que va muy por encima de las rodillas. La mayoría de las familias optaron por llevar a cabo unas cuantas sillas y hacer un picnic agua con los niños, o simplemente para tomar una copa de vino por la noche mientras ve la puesta de sol desde su trono agua.
Las atracciones locales incluyen la playa un parque de atracciones de la familia, una multitud de restaurantes y bares de la playa, una variedad de playa y tiendas de antigüedades, y el parque local del pueblo (con entretenimiento regular), así como el canal y el muelle. La casa está a unos 15 minutos de Turning Stone Casino, el casino cuenta con 2 campos de golf de la PGA, 5 restaurantes excepcionales, 4 locales nocturnos, y presentaciones en vivo durante todo el año.

The house and property were amazing. Sunsets are just beautiful and the patio area is fantastic. The layout is very nice and the views are perfect. It is on the water so be prepared for bugs when you are outside. Close to sylvan beach but far enough away that it is very peaceful. We loved our stay!

nice grad weekend retreat

Nice relaxing place to stay during the crazy busy Syracuse grad weekend. If it did not rain all weekend it would have been 100% more enjoyable out on that lovely deck.

Great stay

We had a wonderful family cottage week at this property. It has a massive patio, dock and small sandy beach area for kids. Very nice and private. Everything was very, very clean.

Beautiful spot, relaxing stay.

This is my third time at this property and it does not disappoint. The owners respond quickly and take care of you if something comes up. Located in a sweet small town with friendly people and some good food. I'm sure I will return a fourth time!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location. kitchen needs more pans/pots for cooking for larger family. Very few wine glasses. Just needs to be better equipped if guest cook dinner

Awesome family trip!

This property was a perfect family get away with my children and their families. Such a relaxing, roomy house with picture perfect views of the lake. The grandkids loved playing in the little sandy beach right next to the property! The water is shallow for a great distance, so no worries with little ones getting in water over their heads! Beds were comfy, and check in was seem less. The patio was beautiful for enjoying coffee in the morning and BBQing at night with awesome sunsets!

Retirement brings us back to where we grew up.

We grew up in this area and returned for a week at Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake. Many relatives who live in NY State came to visit us during this week and enjoy this beautiful lake from our comfortable homes spacious waterfront patio. Lots of memories shared and the younger family members met the extended family. Was a precious time.

Perfect!

This house is actually bigger than the pictures look, and has an even better view (which I did not think was possible). Great communication from the owners, throughly clean home, gorgeous patio, we cannot say enough good things about it. The lake is extremely shallow for a long way out, the kids loved being in the "middle of the lake", but only up to their knees. Very peaceful and relaxing, we will be back

Waterfront Getaway

My overall impression was a great location, wonderful waterside patio. Interior I would suggest getting better pillows and sheets. I managed a bed and breakfast before and found that guests really preferred as well as I do, white linens and down or down like pillows. Also where a king bed fits it would have been much more comfortable. Thanks for the stay

Beautiful house in a perfect location!!

We were beyond impressed with our stay here this past weekend! The house and patio are much bigger than they look in the pictures! Everything was spotless when we arrived and worked great. Adam and Glenn were both very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. Also, plenty of parking and sleeping space! The town is a short walk and there are a lot of cute restaurants and shops. We even enjoyed walking back to the house from town along the beach. Overall, I would recommend staying here 100%!

Perfect family vacation home

The home was as presented. Took a few pictures of some minor issues upon arrival. Everything resolved. Totally enjoyed being on the water, having fires on the patio each night and plenty of indoor space for our rain day. A ipad was left behind & it is being mailed back to us. Perfect family vacation!

Sylvan Beach Vacation

We enjoyed staying on the beach and the kids had a lot of fun in the water. The smoke detectors went off for no reason during the day but the owner quickly fixed it. There were bees on the patio... they liked our beverages. I'm not sure if there is a fix to that issue. All in all we had a nice time there.

Just as described; a real Sylvan Beach gem!

We had a fantastic experience renting this beautiful Sylvan Beach lakefront house. My wife and I got married in Vernon Center in May and booked the house for a few nights to host rehearsal dinner on the amazing front patio area. The sunsets were absolutely incredible and we waded out into the waters which were warm enough even in Mid-May. The front patio area is even larger and more gorgeous than it appears in the pictures. Took some kayaks out and had lunch at a great spot just minutes up the road that had fantastic local beers and sandwiches. There was way more to do in Sylvan Beach than I had expected-stop at the Pancake house for sure! Definitely would rent this again; to the review posted below, you must have treated this house with disregard. We got our deposit back in full and treated this house as it deserved to be treated. Thanks for a great weekend!

Girls Weekend!

I have rented this property before and some friends wanted to return with me for a relaxing visit. We loved the fantastic view of the lake and found some delicious restaurants still open. The fall foilage was beautiful. The house was in great shape and stocked with everything we needed. I found the owners to be quickly responsive to a question I had, just like in the past. I really appreciate being able to reach you so easily, Adam and Glen. Hope to return to your amazing house in the future.

Wonderful view

We enjoyed the large spacious lake view patio most of all. We liked the open-ness of the main living area. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us. Once again the dining table is positioned overlooking the patio. The amusement park in town was a bonus. All in all a wonderful week together.
