House was clean, ac was already turned on for us, everything we needed for our weekly stay was provided in the house, towels, bedding, toilet paper, exc ! We had a great stay & look forward to coming back !

We are from Perry and always come and stay somewhere at the beach for Thanksgiving. This place had everything I needed to cook and was really lacking none. I forgot my cheese grader and was freaking out and when we got to the house she had 2. The house was actually very spacious too. Plan to stay again for scalloping season!

Host is excellent. Home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable week scalloping and fishing. Home has access to a private neighborhood ramp in close proximity. Parking downstairs is covered with access to water and electric outlets. We had a great time.
