We’re in a busy downtown location accompanied by the usual soundtrack and sights of a convenient city location: street noise, locals walking by on the sidewalks, occasional car horns, firetruck or ambulance sirens. Specialized noise machines and ear plugs are provided for guests’ comfort.

We staff a full cleaning and maintenance crew on site to ensure we meet your expectations.

The building contains 4 apartments, all dedicated to guests.

Our apartments are great for mid-term or long-term stays. We host many traveling nurses, medical residents, and other professionals!

NO SMOKING, DRUGS or UNREGISTERED guests. This property is closely SUPERVISED by staff and security systems. We will call the police if drug use or possession is suspected. Parties and disruptive gatherings are also prohibited, along with pets. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction.

Clean & Quiet Huntington Apartment

Needed a place for an unplanned visit with family, this was a great spot. Close to downtown, neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

In a word: WOW! Where to begin? So cute and clean. Absolutely tasteful decor and super comfortable. So many extras: soft, clean towels. Fluffy his and hers robes and slippers. Adorable gift baskets. Professional staff to assist and freshen the room each day. We’ve stayed in resorts that couldn’t compete with this stay.10 out of 10!

Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment is clean, cute, and has great amenities. They have air filters, white noise machines, and great air conditioning. The neighborhood feels a little sketchy when you first drive down the street but the next door neighbors were friendly and the building is nice. We felt very secure in the apartment. The balcony/porch was super cute and we enjoyed sitting out in the evening and having coffee out there in the morning. The only thing that got tricky was when we left. Apparently the security system resets the password right at 10am as we were locked out with some of our belongings still upstairs at 10:10. We got ahold of the property manager though and she manually unlocked it for us. Just be warned!!

Though the building sat vacant for years and required updates, I have carefully preserved its historical charm while breathing new life into the space. Guests can now experience the authentic character and glimpse into the region's past that this property provides, immersing themselves in the local culture in a way that is hard to find elsewhere.
