The primary suite includes a king bed and a tiled walk-in shower, while the guest room offers a queen bed and a relaxing shower/tub combo. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations as needed. The property itself was very nice. It was clean, and close to beaches and good dining. The Lost Key property management failed in the basic amenities, such as Kleenex in the bathroom, as well as extra toilet paper. It would have also been nice if other basics were supplied, such as a couple of laundry detergent pods for the washer, some liquid dish soap...maybe some basic spices, other than salt and pepper. Since they had a Kuerig coffee maker, a couple of complimentary K-cups would have been welcomed. Even the most basic hotels provide in room coffee, or coffee in the lobby. The property was 5 stars, the management service would be 3 at besr!

1st time at Perdido Keys

Pros: Location was fantastic. Unit was functional and worked very well. Very spacious for a family of 5. Amenities such as both pools were awesome.Cons: We were told by multiple people that we didn't need to pay for the umbrellas and chairs on the beach BUT had to to pay 55 for all day usage. White cabinets had dirty/black fingerprints all over the cabinets in the kitchen. Light fixture was hanging from the ceiling. Not enough paper towels/toilet paper so had to go purchase some. And for safety, someone entered out rental to take the trash cans out without notifying us...what if we weren't home and they went through our stuff or one of our daughters or kids were home alone. Picture was misleading at purchase. We got bumped into a different unit and didn't like the decor as much as the original we wanted. Carpet stairs had staples sticking out on multiple treads and many of us stepped on the staples and bled. Overall, we'd stay there again. My family loved it, even with all of the "cons" above.

Great Vacation Option!

We just stayed here in early May 2025 and had a great time! These condos are in a neighborhood across the street from the beach. And this particular condo is on the closest street to the beach that’s in the neighborhood so it’s easily walkable to the beach or you can call the neighborhood shuttle to have them pick you up at your condo. Lost Key Beach club is your entrance to the beach and they have bathrooms, a restaurant and bar and a small dip pool with lounge chairs. They also set out lounge chairs on the beach every day and you can purchase reservations for those if you don’t want to bring your own. We did. It was about 200 for 6 days for reference. Very convenient. Neighbor pool and gym were great. Townhouse was great. Very clean and we appreciated the minimal decor. The only things I would note is the bedding. The sheets did not stay on which was wildly annoying. Deep pocket and a nicer thread count sheets aren’t that much more expensive. And the mattress was ok but not a quality one. Felt hollow and springy. Also, they provide dishwasher pods but not dish soap just fyi. Felt like that would be a cheap thing that could be provided too. Would definitely recommend still! We had a great time
