Vitruvian Park, North Dallas 2BR

I’m sorry to hear that this was not the experience you were hoping for. However, I would like to clarify a few things. First, I believe your frustration started when you requested an early check-in but did not want to pay the additional fee, even though this policy was clearly stated in our house rules, which you acknowledged and agreed to before I accepted your reservation. Second, when you arrived, you called me, but I was unable to take phone calls at that moment. I immediately contacted you through the VRBO messaging system, but you did not respond. The building has two elevators, and had you communicated the issue with the elevator, I would have been happy to direct you to the other one. Finally, the apartment was professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival, and no unusual odor was noticed. Given the circumstances, I find it difficult not to question whether this complaint is related to the disagreement over the early check-in fee. I always strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay and take legitimate guest concerns seriously. However, I also believe it is important to present the situation fairly and accurately.
