Two bedroom condo tastefully decorated with leather couch and easy chair, and well-crafted SW style dining table and chairs. SW style bedspreads, dressers, tables, lamps, etc.

We're two blocks from De Vargas Mall, a complete shopping venue with two supermarkets, several restaurants and a good movie theater.

The downtown Plaza is a 1.1 mile easy walk or drive. Just 16 miles to the Santa Fe Ski area and a quick 6 miles to the Santa Fe Opera.

A remodeled kitchen with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable.

About Sally Howard

I purchased 304 when the owner told me he was going to sell. I'd been visiting Santa Fe for about 3 years and always stayed in 304. It took me seconds to make the decision.

I typically drive to Santa Fe once a year around April/May and spend a month and then in either Sept/Oct or Christmas I'll fly down for a shorter visit. I cannot imagine just visiting once - there is so much to see and do. One of my best times was when I walked from Alameda and St. Francis through neighborhoods and the city taking pictures of Santa Fe 'art'...doors, gates, fences, mailboxes. It's amazing how art permeates every inch of Santa Fe. Don't miss the overpasses and retaining walls on Highway 84/285 going North.

I live in Boise, Id, most of the time, and moved in 1970 from St. Louis. It became home the minute I arrived. When I'm asked 'where did you grow up' and standard reply is 'I grew up in Boise and moved there when I was 30'. It's so true! Santa Fe and Boise are oddly similar in weather and convenience. Boise also has a ski area 16 miles away and great outdoor activities. I recommend visiting Boise too.

Why Sally Howard chose New Mexico

It's home, it's comfortable and it's convenient! DeVargas Mall is just across the highway has everything you need - grocery store, Hastings, great Pizza shop, movie theater, dress shops, drug store, excellent restaurants, etc. Taos, Opera and Tesuque are just north.

I've made it 304 home and hope you'll feel the same. If there is something more that you think it needs just let me know.

What makes this condo unique

My favorite thing about 304 is the balcony and the view. I have seen more rainbows from the balcony in Santa Fe then all of the rest of my life combined. The cloud formations that pass over are truly amazing. Oddly, I like the original wood furniture (dining table, coffee table). I'm comfortable putting my feet on the coffee table. I've taken the old dining room chairs and put them on the balcony for extra seating.

Great Value for Santa Fe

The condo was very comfortable and quiet. It was very well equipped with essentials for a stress free visit. The shopping was convenient and an easy walk for our little dog. Although the unit had two bedrooms it would have been a bit tight for two adult couples but perfect for a family. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and welcoming.

Lovely and Comfortable!

The condo is lovely! It looks just as pictured and is clean, comfortable and everything in good working order. The view is wonderful. There is a little traffic noise on the balcony but inside perfectly quiet and we slept well. We had a nice and easy walk to the plaza. Highly recommended.

She looks after everything and even knows when something is left behind :) I agree, the view is wonderful and I spend a lot of time enjoying it when I'm there. COMFORTABLE LIKE HOME

I HAVE TO SAY FROM THE FIRST TIME I BOOKED MY STAY AT SALLY'S CONDO I KNEW MY STAY WAS GOING TO BE INCREDIBLE AND IT WAS. THE DECOR WAS AMAZING AND THE CONDO WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND WELL STOCKED. I FELT SO AT HOME AND FELT IF I DID NOT WANT TO GO OUT THAT DAY I COULD WATCH A LITTLE TV OR EVEN TAKE A NAP ON THE COMFORTABLE QUEEN BED IN ONE OF THE TWO BEDROOMS. THE LOCATION FROM SANTA FE CENTER WAS ABOUT 1.3 MILES BUT THERE WAS SO MUCH TO DO RIGHT AROUND THE CONDO THAT YOU DID NOT HAVE TO BE IN CITY CENTER EVERY DAY. THERE WERE PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING TO DO ALSO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN INCREDIBLE PLAY TO STAY. ALSO THE ELEVATOR WAS GREAT WHERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR.

great SW decor, convenient location, comfortable condo for us 3

We appreciated the extra amenities, the hints about Santa Fe, and the general comfortable space of the condo. A special enjoyment for us was the chorus of finches to greet us each morning. (Note: the special bakery, clofusus?, is closed temporarily while they relocate. The special exhibit at the History Museum is about the 60s across the US and especially in New Mexico and the SW -well worth seeing.)

Wonderful condo in great location

My friend and I were so impressed with this condo and highly recommend it. It was so well furnished and left nothing to be desired. We even found a needed first aid kit. The art work was fun and typical Santa Fean. The location was great. Just a few minutes to the grocery and downtown. The view from the balcony of the mountains was very nice. The surroundings were quiet, the beds comfy.
