It's all about Santa Fe in this 2 bedroom condo. Red leather couch, plus a leather easy chair, and lots of throw pillows. The original wooden table and 4 dining chairs for casual dining. plus an extra chair at the desk. The coffee table is original also. Perfect for resting your tired feet at the end of a site seeing day.
Just a couple of blocks to De Vargas Mall. It has grown over the years from a few stores to some of the best stores in Santa Fe. Ross, Starbucks, Market Street (Albertsons), 2 restaurants, excellent shoe shop, bowling alley, and so much more
The Plaza is just over a mile away. A nice walk with many stores along the route. Just 16 miles to the Santa Fe Ski area and a quick 6 miles to the Santa Fe Opera.
A remodeled kitchen with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable.
I like to cook so you'll find pots, pans, bowls, spices, measuring cups/spoons, etc.

Another great stay!

Sally's condo is thoughtfully decorated, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The beds are great and the condo's location makes it easy to travel into the plaza or to head north for other adventures. It is by far the best accommodation we have found in Santa Fe and we look forward to returning.

Great Condo!

This condo is comfortable and has been supplied with all the "little" things to make it feel like home - the kitchen is well stocked with staples, and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Santa Fe Getaway!

We traveled to Santa Fe for a link weekend and really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and historic sites. The property is well appointed and in great condition. Sally is very helpful and communicative. When we return to Santa Fe we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family of 3

The apartment was very clean, well-stocked, and cozy plus easy to find and no issue with parking. Was handy having the supermarket nearby. Made a great base for our explorations of Los Alamos, Bandelier, Pecos etc.

Perfect spot for our stay!

Communication before and during our stay was great, and we were able to find and check in to the accommodation easily. Beautiful condo, perfect for us as a group of two couples. Very comfortable beds, and plenty of seating in the living area for Kitchen is well stocked and everything worked. Thank you for a wonderful stay! fourpeople.

Wonderful place!

Great place! The view is beautiful especially if you catch the sunrise. Everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner was in the kitchen. The place was comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and had great suggestions about things to do in the area.

Seventy in Santa Fe

I chose this property for a belated 70th bday for myself and two girlfriends. This condo is beautifully decorated and is well-stocked with all the amentias that you will need to have a comfortable visit in Santa Fe. The property is very clean and cozy. The location is great and easy access to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Santa Fe Opera House, hiking trails and grocery stores. The host has thought of everything to make this a memorable and easy home away from home. Also, the host, Sandy, is very responsive to any questions or needs that might arise. Highly recommend!!!

Nicely appointed condo

Sally has a nice condo which offered a well-stocked kitchen and a relaxing interior space. It was clean and tidy which is always a critical path for us when traveling. The traffic on St. Francis Drive has gotten to be very busy, so the enjoyment of her deck is negligible, unless you are okay with the noise of cars and trucks. Having air conditioning during our stay was really a huge plus as the temps bordered on 95 degrees in town. We could not have had a good night sleep without it!

Great Views and So Comfortable

This was the perfect size for our group of 4. The mountain view was wonderful, and we saw prairie dogs and even a coyote in the distance. Comfortable beds and living room sofa, big balcony, well equipped kitchen, great washer-dryer. A short drive to all Santa Fe sights and not far from great hiking trails. We enjoyed walking around the residential neighborhood as well. Sally communicated wonderfully with us and we hope to stay again in the future in her colorful & comfortable place!

Great home-away-from-home in Santa Fe

Sally's condo is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The queen bed is comfortable and the shower is fantastic! Easily located off one of Santa Fe's main north-south streets (but no noise in condo unless you are outside enjoying the balcony) it made getting everywhere I needed and wanted to go a breeze. I highly recommend Sally's condo - just don't book the dates when I'm hoping to return:-)

Great place to stay

This is a very well and tastefully furnished condo with a generous porch looking east. It is an easy drive to all the local attractions, well located, in particular, with respect to the road to the Santa Fe Opera, for getting to Taos, and the airport. Very straightforward check-in process and helpful notes on local facilities and attractions. Highly recommended.

Could not have been better!

Sally has thought of absolutely everything! The place was meticulously clean and well equipped. The view and proximity to everything in the area is unparalleled. Often when staying at a hotel- you have to leave the room to "see" a place. Just waking up and spending evenings on the balcony at Sally's added immeasurable enjoyment to our stay! We have already selected our dates for our next visit!

Great Visit

Sally was amazing with communication and responding quickly to questions. Everything was as advertised. It was a lovely stay. I was in town for a week of work and just so comfortable to return back to this place! I sat on the balcony one night with some wine and just looked at the mountains. Planning to stay again for my next visit.

Cozy space convenient to all the Santa Fe sites

This was a clean quiet property that was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and our 7 year old daughter). It was just a quick drive into downtown Santa Fe. Sally gave us a lot of great information about local attractions, restaurants and shopping well in advance which really helped us plan. We loved sitting on the balcony and viewing the scenic landscape. The inside was decorated with a nice collection of local art and artifacts which added to the character and made us feel like we were somewhere special.

I purchased 304 when the owner informed me he was going to sell. I'd been visiting Santa Fe for about 3 years and always stayed in 304. It took me seconds to make the decision.
I typically drive to Santa Fe once a year around April/May and spend a month and then in either Sept/Oct or Christmas I'll fly down for a shorter visit. I cannot imagine just visiting once - there is so much to see and do. One of my best times was when I walked from Alameda and St. Francis through neighborhoods and the city taking pictures of Santa Fe 'art'...doors, gates, fences, mailboxes. It's amazing how art permeates every inch of Santa Fe. Don't miss the overpasses and retaining walls on Highway 84/285 going North.
I live in Boise, Id, most of the time, and moved in 1970 from St. Louis. It became home the minute I arrived. When I'm asked 'where did you grow up' my standard reply is 'I grew up in Boise and moved here when I was 30'. It's so true! Santa Fe and Boise are oddly similar in weather and convenience. Boise also has a ski area 16 miles away and great outdoor activities. Put Boise on your list of places to visit.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

My Santa Fe condo is home, it's comfortable and it's convenient! DeVargas Center is just across the highway and has everything you need! Frank Ortiz dog park just up the street. I've spent more time walking around that park without a dog. The world famous Santa Fe Opera and Tesuque are north about 6/7 miles.
I've made 304 home and hope you'll feel the same. If there is something more that you think it needs just let me know.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My favorite thing about 304 is the balcony and the mountain view. I have seen more rainbows from my balcony in Santa Fe then from any other place I've been in all of my life. The cloud formations that pass over are truly amazing. Oddly, I like the original wood furniture (dining table, coffee table). They are certainly not fancy but sturdy and indestructible.. I'm comfortable putting my feet on the coffee table. I've taken the old dining room chairs and put them on the balcony for extra seating.
