Hamilton Hideaway-Newly Renovated, Quiet Cove

Welcome to Hamilton Hideaway! Pack your bags for an incredible stay at this lake front property. 2800 sq ft, newly renovated home nestled in a quiet cove. Great location for family gatherings, girls` weekend, or down time with your family. The lake is visible from the primary bedroom, dining room, screened in porch, and outside cooking/sitting area. Private boat dock, gas and charcoal grills, fire pit, ice machine, coffee bar and minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Racing.

This 2800 square foot home is on Lake Hamilton and is beautiful. Nestled in a quiet cove, you will not be disappointed with all that this house has to offer. Makes a great location for family gatherings, girls` weekend, or just some downtime with your family. This house will not disappoint your expectations. You can see the lake from the living room and master bedroom. Drink coffee sitting on the screened in-porch overlooking the water. This property, it has a covered boat dock (during peak season our personal boat is stored inside the dock) you are able to use the tie up`s on each side. There is a stone walk leading to the the lakefront, fire pit for those cool nights. Large Washer and Dryer downstairs as well a commercial ice maker. Nicely furnished and stocked with linens, towels, dishes, etc. The home is located on the western part of the lake near Highway 70 and only a short boat ride to many of the restaurant`s on the lake. The house is less than 2 miles from the Hill Wheatley Boat Launch, and there are not many public boat launches on this lake. Wal-Mart, gas station, and restaurants are 1-2 miles away.

Our house has been remodeled in 2021. Great open living room with 70 inch and 55 inch TV`s for the big game, huge kitchen, bar with bar stools that is warm and inviting. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and has all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have a beautiful live edge wooden table in our dining space that seats 8 people.

Three bedrooms contain very comfortable king size beds, including Smart TV`s. One of our king sized bedrooms has its own outside entrance on bottom level. One bedroom is known as our `bunk room` it contains two sets of twin sized bunkbeds, and one full size bed, this room also contains a Smart TV. The loft area contains a full size bed, as well as a Smart TV. We have two full bathrooms (showers) and one half bath located in central area downstairs.

Come prepared to stay in and eat as this location has everything and more that you will need to make a gourmet meal. However, if you want to relax and not cook on your vacation, there are ample restaurants in close driving distance. This house is located in a kid friendly, family neighborhood. Bring the mountain bikes or the fishing poles. We provide kayaks.

Enjoy boating, fishing, water sports, hiking or just the view. Magic Springs is in close driving distance and includes both a water park and theme park. If you are interested in watching the horses race, Oaklawn Racetrack Casino has live horse racing from December to April and has a casino and simulcast racing year round. Nearby Ouachita Mountains has excellent mountain biking and hiking. Garvan Gardens has been named as one of the best woodland gardens around. It is located on Lake Hamilton and is accessible by boat or car.

***PLEASE NOTE******* that from Mid-November to early March, Lake Hamilton is drained roughly 2-5 feet and our dock will be on the ground since we are in the cove. You will not be able to use the kayaks or dock due to the water level. It is not the normal view of the lake with the lake being lowered.

**🐾We are pet friendly! We just ask that they are well-behaved, well groomed, house trained, and up to date on all shots with flea and tick prevention. We provide a large dog crate, so you don’t have to worry about transporting yours.

**Please note one of the bedrooms is accessed outside. You will have to walk down a flight of stairs to access this area. This may be a deterrent for those physically challenged.

***We have security cameras located outside of the home, but are disabled during your stay! We do not record or monitor at all during your stay, and these cameras are strictly to monitor our home for safety during vacant times!
