The property and its surrounding views were exceptional, but unfortunately, the master bedroom lacked hot water. I raised this concern via email during my stay, but I have not received any response. The absence of hot water significantly impacted my experience.

So sorry you had issues with the water. We did send our maintenance guy over right after you had checked out and he said everything was working just fine. The shower handle in the master shower was a little different than usual handles, so maybe you didn't have it on the correct setting for it to be hot.
