Located in the heart of historic Meridian-Kessler, Indianapolis. This cozy 2BR/1BA house sleeps up to 6 people. Walkable to local shops and restaurants in Meridian-Kessler and Broad Ripple Village. Providing easy access to downtown Indianapolis and neighboring suburbs, as well as universities. Take a stroll or jog along the Monon Trail, explore the city, attend local events, or sit on the relaxing front porch. Perfect for a group or couple visiting the local area, as well as family and friends.

Our Space

First floor includes a fully kitted kitchen, dining room for 6 people, 1 small living room off the kitchen, and a formal living room on entry.

Master bedroom (with Queen bed) and full bathroom with shower/bath combo is located off the master bedroom and the small living room.

2nd floor includes a converted loft space with Queen bed.

A 3rd living room is located on the second floor ("window room") which houses a day bed which can pull out into a queen bed.

Basement houses washer/dryer which is available for use.

Very easy check in process. Kitchen has nice gas stove top with clean appliances and every kitchen essential you could possibly need. Our family included small children and they supplied a high chair and pack and play. Great location with lots to do in walking distance or take the red line bus that is in walking distance as well!

Great stay!

The house was clean, well maintained, in a great location to food and downtown. We loved the two living rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. If you have little ones there were plastic plates and such for them too. .grass
