We are so excited to welcome you to our home-away-from-home! It is a year-round haven for fun. We are so impressed with what Park City offers for vacationers in both the winter and summer seasons. The condominium is ideal for families with an entire loft for the kids OR it can easily be transformed into a romantic cottage when the lights are dimmed and the fireplace crackles in the distance. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

SUMMER:
Park City enjoys dry summer weather with moderate temperatures. Our condominium is literally right across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course. You will have terrific views of the Course and the mountain from your balcony. If golfing is not your speed, try the mountain alpine slide, zip rider, a mountain sled, rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding, or just enjoy a ride to the summit on the town lift.

WINTER:
The condominium is in the heart of Park City and a mere three-minute walk to the Three Kings Lift, First Time Lift, and the ticket booth at the Park City Mountain Resort. The head of a fantastic, cross-country, ski trail is also directly across the street. Need more? How about a dog sled or bobsled ride, maybe a sleigh ride or après ski after a long day of heli-skiing? Regardless of your fancy, welcome to the slopes of the 2002 Olympics!

The condominium is spacious and fully equipped. It has a master bedroom with a QUEEN-SIZE BED, a full bath (in hall), and cable TV with DVD. The spacious loft has two TWIN BEDS, a set of BUNK BEDS, and a connected bathroom with a stand-up shower. The living room also has a 27-inch cable TV and DVD/VCR with a comfortable couch. The cottage can sleep six people very comfortably. There are two sleeping bags to accommodate more children if needed.

The condominium is on the FREE shuttle bus route that can take you to the Deer Valley Resort (two-and-one-half miles), the Canyons Resort (two-and-one-half miles), and historic Main Street where you will find well over 100 great restaurants, shopping, gallery, and nightlife activities! Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird are approximately 40 miles away.

A rental car is not necessary as shuttles are available to and from the SLC airport (30 miles) and a supermarket is within walking distance.

Amazing Spot for Park City Stay

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice!! We had an amazing stay for a bachelorette weekend ski trip. 7 of us all stayed there comfortably. We couldn’t get over the cabin-y ski vibe of the place. It was cozy, amazing views, and amazing location if you’re shredding at Park City resort, 10/10 would stay again

Location was great. AC could not keep up with the summer heat and was always very hot in the loft area and no AC in Master. Great location though and had a great trip

Location to Slopes

Location was ideal to the slopes. The property needs a remodel but location and price was worth the compromise. There is a spiral staircase that is not safe for small children. The kitchen is lacking supplies such as a cutting board. The dishwasher was useless. We had to clean the dishes after running them in dishwasher. Linens need an upgrade to cotton bedding. Polyester sheets and plastic/nylon blend mattress cover made for multiple bad nights sleep. We were hot and sweaty. We even had the heat off in the bedroom. Beware the hot water is very hot, however, it runs out after 3 people shower. Jeff was very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent stay

This was the perfect spot for our getaway over the holiday weekend for skiing and snowmobiling. We did rent a car from Salt Lake City although it’s a quick walk up the hill to the lifts. We enjoyed the fireplace, the kitchen and our grown sons were fine up in the loft!

Ski Buddy Trip

Great location! Bus stop at the bottom of the stairs. Hot Tub and Pool just beneath the unit. Really nice view of PC Mountain. 8 minute walk to the grocery store. 8 minute walk to the PCM base. Good clean unit and everything was perfect!! We had a blast!!

Great Homey Stay

Booked here for some park city skiing, I think realistically if your looking for a daytime locker on the mountain it's about a 10-15 minutes walk. If you're looking to use the eagle lift in park city, this place would be perfect as that is a legitimate 6-7 minute walk in gear, maybe longer in ski boots. Overall the place was great, wish for more comfortable mattresses in the loft upstairs, but I still would stay here again for sure!

Great stay!

The property location is fantastic, and set up allows 4 kids to have their own beds upstairs, with parents in a separate room. Jeff was extra accommodating for us, and very responsive. An excellent experience!

Home away from home!

What a cozy and lovely room lace conveniently located only minutes away from everything in Park City. We could not have booked a better place. When we return we will definitely look for this property again. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Excellent Location across from Park City Ski area parking lot

Very cute condo, just the perfect size for our group which included My brother, his wife and their 2 teens, and myself and my hubs. Location is directly across from the parking lot for Park City Ski resort. We were there for opening weekend. Condo is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook/prepare your own meals, wash your clothing, etc. Watch out for the steep spiral staircase with very wide slats between the rails and steps. I would be nervous about that with very small children around, even the teens were wary coming down the steps. Just a heads up, not really a huge issue! As other have said, this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the steps are very easy, 5 short flights and you are there! We recommend this condo for families with older kids and for the location and amenities. The pool and hot tub are nice after a long ski day.

Quick walk to the hill

Property was perfect for a quick ski trip. Walking distance to the resort, and nearby public transit to get around. No need for a car.

This condo was centrally located, which allowed you to walk to several shops and stores in the area. Our family of five were able to spread out a bit because of the beds and additional bathroom in the loft area. One downside is that the primary bedroom in the front of the condo could hear anything and everything that walked by the bedroom window, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Our stay was fine overall, but it would be great if the mattress was replaced in the primary bedroom.

Great location and price!!!

I’ve stayed in this building before but this condo unit was definitely nicer and more space with the loft and second bathroom. Everything was great in condo for us, we snowboard all day and eat out so we are only there to sleep and use the hot tub! We were basically the only ones in the pool and hot tub! Unit seems to have everything if you are cooking. We forgot a couple items (coffee filters, plastic bags) but the condo has a lot of stuff already. You can walk to the lift if you want! We drove to dinner but the bus stop is right by the building. Beds were great, everything worked in condo! I like this location because you’re basically downtown and by the slopes but you’re not paying $1,000/night!!! Great spot and we will check it out again next year!

Ski trip condo

The condo was everything we expected. I loved having the boys upstairs with their own bathroom. They programmed the keyless entry to a number that was significant to me. That was super handy. Location was perfect for our needs. Easy in and out. Boys even took a dip in the heated pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We loved the location, short walk to ski, right near a bus stop and even walkable to the town center on a nice day! Listing was accurate, place was clean and comfortable. Only knock is the kitchen could be a little better stocked.

We love the view from the back porch as it overlooks the golf course and you have a nice view of Park City Mountain Resort. The short walk to the lift or the free shuttle bus makes traveling around the city a breeze. The heated pool and hot tub are very enjoyable after a long day of skiing.
