In the warmer months, you can already imagine spending days swimming off the dock or boating around out on the water, while the colder months bring opportunity for skiing and snowboarding, ice skating, and brightly lit festivals. You’ll be conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Williams Bay, with options for shopping, dining, ice cream, and exploration via the Kishwauketoe Nature Conservatory. For more of a city-like atmosphere, bustling Lake Geneva is just a 10-minute drive away. When you’re ready for a break from all the action, return to the home for quieter moments spent enjoying a refreshing beverage on the deck while the grill master among you whips up a barbeque feast to enjoy al fresco at the outdoor dining table. As the sun begins to set, gather around the firepit to catch up with loved ones and toast up tasty treats

Inside the home, spend your well-earned downtime in serene spaces designed to maximize connectivity and relaxation, with bright, natural light streaming in from wall-to-wall windows keeping those luscious lake views front and center. Sink into plush living room sofa seating while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen can accommodate all your mealtime aspirations, with full-sized appliances and ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Gather the whole crew at the table where memories are made swapping stories while sharing a home-cooked meal or takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and deck access.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• The dock is available for swimming, however guests cannot park personal watercraft.
• Please note that boat slip/buoy renters may walk down the side of the house to and from their watercraft but are required to "load & go,” and cannot use the dock to swim/etc. like guests of the home can. They also may park their vehicles on property, but not blocking the 2 driveway spots provided for your use.
• The rental includes access to the lower level of the home only. The upper level will not be occupied during your stay.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
