Updated to sleep 8, relax in this 3-bedroom home in Kingsland, a small, safe town near the cities of Jacksonville and Brunswick. This charming property features 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 full-size sofa beds, 2smart TV,plus a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for a family or group of friends. The home is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and has been popular with contractors.
All beds are changed after each guest’s stay. The linens are white because they are bleached and cleaned after every guest. The floor tiles throughout the house are also thoroughly cleaned between stays.

With fast WiFi, air conditioning, and an iron available, your stay will be convenient and comfortable. There’s also a cozy living room with 2 futons, offering extra space to relax and unwind.

The home is located just 10 minutes from Kings Bay Naval Base and 10 minutes from Cumberland Island. Fernandina Beach is only 20 minutes away, and JAX International Airport is 25 minutes away. The kingsland show train station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. A Tesla charging station is also available.
