Welcome to your home away from home in desirable West Ocean City. This house has been fully renovated in 2024 and contains many attractive features for guests looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway by the beach.
PROPERTY: From head to toe, this newly renovated home is sure to give you that fresh feel of a new beach home. From the moment you enter you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light from all the windows and skylights. This home also includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and comes equipped with a large rear deck with plenty of space for hanging out and gatherings, a private master bedroom deck, private 15' boat dock, Roku TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room and dining room, high speed WiFi and the convenience of being close to some of the best restaurants and shopping around.
Nearest public boat docks can be found at Sunset Marina in West OC or on Gum Point Road off Rt. 589 headed to Ocean Pines.

LOCATION: This home is located off Keyser Point Rd, North of Rt 50. Conveniently located close to both Assateague and Ocean City beaches. Assateague National Park is home of the wild beach ponies! roughly 5 Minutes to downtown Ocean City beach/Inlet and 15 minutes to Assateague.
Frontier Town Campground is just down the road as well which features a Large water park open to the public as well as other activities such as zipline/ropewalk courses, rodeos and Western Cowboy/Indian Village with FREE daily shows.
Restaurants and Supermarkets are also in close proximity. Just at the end of Keyser Point rd you will find Waterman's", a local favorite restaurant. Food Lion grocery store and numerous popular local and chain restaurants are a short distance away. About 5 mins west on Rt. 50 you will also find a Super Walmart with more shopping/restaurants around.
Whether you venture out to the beach or relax at home, you're sure to enjoy what our place and Ocean City has to offer!
