The property was lovely; so nice to have a fruit bread left for us and tea and coffee for the mornings. Very windy & rainy, which should be expected; still beautiful views!! Some confusion with our contact when we had questions about the hot water - maybe a binder on the premises would be more efficient. Thank you, Mary for the use of your lovely home.

The house was perfect for our stay and even bigger in person. The host was fantastic, her communication was so fast and so polite and went out of her way to provide recommendations for my family which were fantastic. Options to Dunfanaghy and Falcarragh were perfect, and was the perfect backdrop to a peaceful break away.

A lovely setting wirh nice views. Not far from beaches at Falcarragh and Dunfanaghy. Spacious living room and bedrooms.Host was in regular communication since the time we booked. She gave clear directions and check in arrangements and a comprehensive list of what we might like to do, close by and further afield.2 minor issues were quickly dealt with.Despite the rain we enjoyed our week in Ballyboes Cottage.

We booked a week at this house during July 2026. In all we had a group of 3 adults, 3 teenagers and our dog. The location is very convenient from the main road between Falcarragh & Dunfanaghy, while private and serene. The house was clean, bright, well equipped, and deceptively spacious. Mary the host had provided plenty of suggestions for good restaurants, and leisure pursuits, We enjoyed the many beaches, breathtaking scenery, & were fortunate with weather. All in all, we really loved our stay, and would hope to visit again in the future.

This was our second stay in the house which we find homely, with plenty of space for a group or family. It has lovely views, is well equipped, clean, and has comfortable beds and sofas, perfect for a relaxing break away. We have found the host to be responsive and helpful in our correspondence.

Excellent cottage, great amenities and wonderful views

Perfect for a family trip to the area. It has everything you could need and has wonderful views. The cottage was clean and tidy too.

Great house in the ole country of Ireland

This was a really nice house with a beautiful backyard scenery. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and the windows in the roof were super fun to look through for the sunset in the evening.

A beautiful, clean and comfortable house - perfect for a relaxing stay. Communication with Mary, the host, was excellent throughout. Check-in and out was seamless. There are sea views towards Tory Island from the back of the house, which is a short and easy drive to Dunfanaghy main street.
