Anglers, facilement décharger votre bateau sur Dunlawton pont bateau rampe pour une journée de pêche ou une aventure à l'île Disappearing. Seule une promenade en voiture de 10 minutes au sud de Ponce Inlet ou au nord de la rue Main de Daytona.

Basic amenities were poor quality. No soap left for dishwasher- only one towel per person and we were there for a week. No washer and Dryer. Only two rolls of toilet were left. Beds were terrible - box spring in middle bedroom filthy. Very dated. Furniture old and uncomfortable. Found a tick on the floor. Posting made it seem like you are right on the beach- it is not.

When we arrived at 3 pm the door code didn’t work like the paperwork said. I called the emergency number and was given an emergency code but was told that the codes don’t work until after 4 pm. I got in but tried the regular code after 4 and it did work.It was cold the first few nights and the heating system barely raised the temperature into the low 60s. We had to take the bedding off the other beds to cover up enough to be able to sleep. A circuit breaker popped the first night in the early morning while it was dark. Had to call emergency service to came out and fix. The circuit breaker that popped wasn’t even in the house, it was outside the back of the home. While moving furniture out to find the ground fault plugs it revealed a lot of dirt that wasn’t cleaned under things.The recliners were nice, the house needs upgrading especially in the bath area where everything is very outdated.

Spent Thanksgiving week here for a car show we attend every year. Was very clean and the check in/check out was super easy. Good communication. House is nice, yes a bit older but well kept. CVS is right next door and the beach is right across the street. Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you! Don

It sounds like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at the condo, especially with the car show you attend annually. The convenience of the location, with CVS nearby and the beach just across the street, hopefully added to the enjoyment of your stay. Great Beach Bungalow

We loved the little beach bungalow. 10 day stay, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. & CVS in close walking distance. Mop and broom available. Blow dryer in bathroom. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, forks, knives etc. Has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, stove.

Within your check-in & checkout procedures that you need to enter the house as it provides you keyless door access code & much more, we provide contact information to report any dissatisfaction & for assistance during your stay. Unfortunately, you chose to ignore our procedures & we never heard from you. We have these procedures in place for a reason, so we can hold our outsourced cleaners accountable if need be & to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but those procedures were not followed & this information is only brought up in your review after your departure. Wonderful time

I’m usually very nervous when I first get to rental , we’ve had some bad rentals. Pulled up and immediately breathe a sigh of relief. It was everything that was pictured. Beautiful home, good location. If we come back next year for Jeep Beach wanna see about renting this property again.

Terrible stay

The house was understandably under construction, however the owner should have canceled. The property itself was a wreck, no WiFi, no cable, the house started flooding this morning, windows broken, over all we understand the hurricane damage but owner shouldn’t have guests stay until it’s livable and secure.

Thank You so much for making our stay Welcoming! We had an Amazing trip and this home is beautiful. There was plenty of room for My Family and they made sure we even had starter supplies until I could get to a store. We even had other family come visit for Easter while there and they all loved this home as well. The best part is that it is conveniently within walking distance to the beach, gift shops and restaurants. If you're looking for a quiet, well keep, comforting place to call home while vacationing I would definitely recommend this home. Not to mention the price was very affordable.  We will definitely be pinning this home for future vacations!

Great!

It's been a great place to stay! It's clean, great location and super easy to find. All the appliances work great! I had seen a review stating that the stove was supposed to be white and that it "turned yellow and unsafeto use" FALSE !! Everything worked just fine and that's the color the stove came in. My great grandma's is the same. It felt very comfortable and in a safe area. I will be referring it to anyone who's planning a vacation to daytona. I will be leaving in the morning and saving this rental for next time I'm here. Thank you owners we've enjoyed it!

Daytona vacation

The house has a great lay out, only issue we had was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, for 6 people an one roll of paper towels, wish there was a washer and dryer since we did go to the beach a lot. There is cockroaches as well, we only saw them in the kitchen. I can’t stand roaches so we had to wash all the dishes every time before we used them. That was the worst part ! All an all it was nice besides no washer and the bugs.

We're glad you like the nice layout of the house! Please note within your check-in & checkout procedures sent 30 days & again 2 days prior to your arrival it states "The cleaners provide the very basics to start your stay. Any additional items you will need to purchase" so you know what to expect. Also, in the property description it says "* Please note: There is no washer / dryer on the premises." Again, this is so you know before booking that there is not a washer & dryer in the house. The house has regular pest control & pets have not been reported to us or legitimately stated in reviews. Also, we have procedures in place to report such & for assistance during your stay, yet we never heard from you. We hope you understand & thank you for your review.

Location:Perfect/Home:Dated & Dirty

The location was great, space of home was great. It's older and dated but decent. The only complaint was how very dirty it was. 24hrs to respond was not enough. Most things where noticed until day 2 or 3 due to site seeing and not being in the rental. Furnace closet door was super dirty and very visible(in hall by bathroom door), windows had so much dust come off onto hands when opening them. Floors where not swept or vacuumed. No trash bags, no dish soap, only 5 towels and 2 hand towels, no rags of any kind no kitchen towels. I never rented a home where I had to buy the less than basic items.

Yes, it is an older home which is why we provide many pictures and a detailed property description to view before booking so you know exactly what to expect. We wish you would have read your entire check-in & checkout procedures, specifically the line where it states, "During your stay, in the event a maintenance item occurs, please email our maintenance team for assistance" & we provide their contact info for a 2nd time in your procedures. Not 24 hours only, but during your stay. We're sorry you missed that. Also, if any items were missing (or if you were unable to locate them as towels, trash bags etc. were there), we are baffled again that you wouldn't follow your clearly stated procedures and let us know. We have these procedures in place for a reason so we can assist you if need be, during your stay, yet you chose to ignore the details that were provided to you 30 days prior & again 2 days prior to your arrival. Not bad. Air doesn’t work

Ac unit isn’t adequate for the house. It never got below 80* and the on call maintenance guy was an absolute jerk. The door in the kitchen leading to the outside has a two way keyed dead bolt without the key. Therefore we could not open that door. Very old everything. The two twin beds are not actually beds. More like futon mattress and they are not comfortable. Shower needed a good cleaning. Not a bad place but you could not be at the house during the day as it was at least 80 in the house.

The ac work was subcontracted out & we’re very sorry to hear that their employee was a jerk. The unit was serviced during your stay, is working fine and does go below 80. As you can see in reviews prior to & after your stay that other guests did not have complaints about the ac which worked for them. We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.
