This beautiful historic home has been newly remodeled with all the finest comforts of home. This is the best location available to rent in Columbus, only steps from everything. Next to Irwin Gardens and 5 architectural monuments. A photographer's dream. Safe and quiet.
This studio is apartment B. It has its own private off street parking and private entrance. The parking and entrance are located off Pearl St on the West side of the home under the pine tree. Enter the door and take the stairs to the studio. The stairs are steep. We have Free bicycles for your use when available. Please just message me for more info.
My family and I live in the home and are happy to answer any questions about the home, give recommendations, or provide directions. And if you prefer peace and quit, please just enjoy. You won't even know it's attached.
Welcome to this very quiet neighborhood. The blue home next door is where Aaron lives. He is quiet and keep to himself, but very friendly.
We have off street parking. You may walk/ bike to everything. There is a bus stop near by if you choose to venture out of downtown. We have Free bicycles for your use when available. Please just message me for more info.
