This is probably the best property in rocky point, and I'm not exaggerating. The place is ginormous, so much room, bathrooms that are very nice, and an unbelievable view. The owner Matt is one of the best hosts I've got to stay at, he's very understanding and will work with you when theres speed bumps. The price is also such a great deal for this penthouse, and I recommend anyone looking the live their best life to check this place out!!

I previously owned and VRBO a condo at Las Palomas but wanted something bigger and newer. Plus I can now rent out dog owners!
