Family friendly , great for ppl traveling with kids. Location was great it’s not directly in the city but only minutes from downtown Atlanta . The house is very spacious. The host was in constant contact with me for all my questions and concerns and very helpful information for check in and out. This location is a favorite of mine for my family, and when I plan another family vacation I will book this location again if available.

The house was cute and a nice spot to stay on our way to Florida. Well put together, decorated nicely (although it’s clear guests have not been very careful with the space.) I will say the area around the house is cute but just a few blocks away is pretty sketchy. With little kids driving to this location I was a little worried I had chosen wrong, but the immediate neighborhood was quiet and clean. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Nice home but not taken care of. Communication was great with host until we checked in. Gnats everywhere, soiled furniture, unusable pots and pans,dirty oven, dirty backyard and so on. Vrbo covered the money for us to stay at hotel so the host could resolve the issues. We came back 24 hrs later to the same things. Gnats flying while we trying to cook and got in my rice. I hate I hate i can't upload the videos. We spent so much money eating out because of the gnats. We had to go get apple cider vinegar and fly swatters We added the property protection plan and now the host is saying we owe 75 because some makeup on the sheets. Please wash them and replace your cloth furniture with leather or something that can be wiped down. Get new pots, clean the oven, and get a exterminator for the bugs. This house is only 3 years old and has way more potential.
