Esta hermosa villa se encuentra en un bonito vecindario en el sudeste de Cape Coral. Una hermosa vista del canal ofrece acceso directo al golfo a restaurantes, Ft Myers Beach y Sanibel Island.

La villa tiene una hermosa terraza con piscina climatizada y spa. El área es espaciosa, con mucho espacio para tomar el sol y jugar. También hay una maravillosa zona de comedor y asientos al aire libre equipada con una parrilla, todo para hacer una estadía perfecta.

¡Esta villa ofrece toneladas de luz natural y tiene 1,948 pies cuadrados de lujo con aire acondicionado! Repartidos entre los tres dormitorios, dos baños, una acogedora sala de televisión, una sala de billar, un comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con refrigerador, horno, estufa, microondas, lavaplatos y máquina de hielo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una vista impresionante que conduce a la terraza y baño principal grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama individual, esta habitación tiene un televisor. El tercer dormitorio tiene cama queen con una ventana que da a la terraza.

La villa ofrece WiFi para que pueda usar su propio teléfono, tableta o computadora portátil.

El espacio exterior es muy grande y tiene exposición solar durante todo el día. La piscina es grande y perfecta para todos, ¡el spa es una excelente manera de terminar cualquier día! La piscina y el spa son calentados por un calentador eléctrico. Hay una zona de estar y una mesa de comedor en el exterior, perfectas para disfrutar de las puestas de sol.

Great location and house. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub would not heat up so due to temp we’re not usable. Communication was good, but heat issue was never fixed.

We have clear instructions on location at the house and a 24/7 phone service. Unfortunately no one reach out in regards to the hot tub.

Great trip!

So glad we rented this house! It was very clean and well maintained. Great pool and dock area. The house had everything we needed. We loved the burrowing owls that live on the property. They greeted us when we arrived and are so cute! We enjoyed seeing them everyday. My family had a great vacation and would definately stay here again.

Two weeks in paradise

We rented this property for the month of October but we’re delayed by the two hurricanes and actually getting there. We really enjoyed the property. It was a good space for the two of us in a quiet location.

2021 vacation

We had a great time at this property! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing! The kids and adults loved the pool and back patio! The only thing that could make this stay any better is if they would work with you on early check in!

That includes keeping enough time in between guests, both for space and enough time to clean properly. Annual Trip to Cape Coral

Once my wife and I we’re settled we had an amazing week in Cape Coral! The house and it’s amenities were in good working order! The pool and spa had easy to understand directions for operation and the the management was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this home for rest and relaxation!

Holiday retreat

We had the opportunity to stay here during the Christmas holidays and the house everything they described it as. The pool and the hot tub worked well, even during the cold weather. The property had been cleaned up after the hurricane and except for the roof, everything was back to normal.

The perfect stay!

Easy check-in and check-out and everything in between. Love the pool and spa, lanai, grill area and everything else outside. Love the kitchen, bathrooms, beds, laundry, garage parking and everything else indoors. The location is great for staying around the house, but also for forays out to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, etc. We had so much fun, we never even got around to using the billiards table or hopping over to the Key West Expresss. Staying here is my dream.

This place is heaven!

The place is wonderful and has everything - just like the pictures show. The Property Manager is super responsive if you have any questions, otherwise non-invasive. The whole experience is set up to just relax and have fun. The Neighborhood is very nice and quiet with a great location for all things Cape Coral, or hopping the bridge to Fort Myers. Tons of food delivery via the popular apps. We can't wait to come back!

Great stay

We really enjoyed the house and property. It was very clean and easy to get places. Only thing really was we couldn’t get the pool and the hot tub to warm up. The pool eventually did but the hot tub never got warm. When I reached out I did not receive a response from the property manager unfortunately. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

A quick getaway with friends

After choosing this property online, communication was not quick. Pool was dirty when we arrived, sent message to host, next day called 800 number and got someone out. Still didn’t clean it very well. Dishwasher was tough to close. House had enough groceries to get started. Neighborhood was quiet and burrowing owls on property were so much fun to watch. Lots of empty nails on walls, tape that had not been removed after painting, spots that had not been painted. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Great Place to Stay!

From the time we got there until the day that we left, we had a great time! The Management company came to the house to check us in and make sure everything was good. Check in and Check out was easy. The location is perfect. Just a couple of miles from the main street where we could get all of the essentials and go out for a bite to eat if we wanted to. The house has everything you need to live like you're at home. This place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The neighborhood is also very quiet. Yet, you are close enough to Fort Myers that you can go there for the night life if that's your thing. I can't say enough good things about the house. I highly recommend this place if it available for your stay.

Very Good Stay - Excellent, Quiet Location

The home is as indicated in the review - everything was extremely clean. The location is very good - easy access to everything - and the neighborhood is very quiet. We did have two things to comment on. First, we did have some problems with the refrigerator. The unit was leaking water from somewhere. We did contact the property manager - and they indicated that an appliance repair company would come to fix it - but it did not get repaired during our stay (for clarity, we only stayed for a half-week). The Second comment is around the hot tub. It is as specified - no problem there - but it should be noted that to turn the unit on you need to adjust the pump, heater and control valves - and that is outside the lanai, around the side of the house. It's not as convenient as "hitting a button". We did not bring the comment about the hot tub up to the property manager - it is what it is - but, it bears mentioning that it's a manual process and a short walk to turn the spa on/off.

We have a very informative pool folder on how to operate the pool. ALL pools that have a spa, you need to change the valves to use. And if you want to use at night, yes you need to turn the pool pump manually on. Yes, the equipment is outside BUT very close, literally a 5 second walk. We will work on getting a remote though. AWESOME time at Villa Savannah

We had a great experience in our time at Villa Savannah. The pool was amazing - the view was spectacular and it felt very private. We never even heard other people in the neighborhood. The house was beautiful and very clean and well stocked with things like towels and kitchen items. The grill on the patio was wonderful. One of the only frustrating things was the pool deck area - the grout between the bricks is loose and coming out so when water from the pool would splash out or when it would rain, the loose grout, which was everywhere, would go into the pool. I was able to get most of it out of the pool with the net but it made it a little hard to keep the pool clean. The only other thing that was not great was the location of the hot tub controls - it was a bit inconvenient to have to mess with the settings since they were not in the pool area. Our property manager was awesome and made herself available to help us when the power went out a couple times and the pump cycle got interrupted. The location is awesome. We spent one day at Fort Myers beach and it was very easy to get to. And we fell in love with Cape Coral. Overall - we had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to come back next year. Could have been great

The house itself is beautiful. Great amenities and we would definitely stay again. The problem is the Company managing the property. The refrigerator wasn’t working Properly so we lost a lot of our food we purchased because we notified them Immediately but were told nobody Could come for two days and they didn’t even come then it took 4. By then we could get it to be somewhat cold on the coldest setting. We had ants everywhere! They Were all over the bathroom, the kitchen, the refrigerator even though we never left anything out, cleaned counters with Lysol every day and even wiped the floor and sprayed with Raid ourselves to Kill the ones we saw. Again we reported this to the property manager, sent pictures and were told they were having issues with their pest control company and nobody could come until Friday when were supposed to leave Saturday. Finally, some guy with the management group came Thursday and sprayed some himself after multiple emails and calls. The pool also didn’t function and was full of bugs the first few days. Hope the owner can find a new management company because the house itself has the Potential to be amazing.

Yes, unfortunately we were having issues with our Pest Control company and the ghost ants made themselves feel like home. Like many of us are experiencing the vendors are weeks out these days, we usually are able to handle that, but sometimes the logistics get the best of you. We compensated this guest fairly. There is nothing wrong with the fridge as the appliance guy we had out there asap also stated. When you load a fridge full of groceries the temperature does go up a little bit to then again go down to the proper cooling temp. We hope all of our future guests read ALL the reviews here on this platform, as the vast majority that has stayed in this villa always have been very happy with their stay. Relaxing

Rented this to start remodeling my moms condo in fort Myers after it was flooded from Ian. Pool and hot tub were a welcoming treat every evening. Only recommendation would be more seating options for the living room, couches were not comfortable and would have been nice to have a couple chairs as an option as well. Other than that the place was perfect.

Cape Coral 2022

The house was perfect for the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids). We were close to everything we could ask for! My only issues were we didn't have the wifi password until late Monday morning so the kids tablets didn't work, and we couldn't figure out the hot tub until the pool guy came and explained it, then I got an email about how it works. The house had everything we needed for cooking and I loved having the extra towels. We would definitely recommend this house and the area for anyone looking for a quiet family vacation spot. We only wish we had more time!

Terrific and restful vacation spot!

Everything about this rental was easy going. It was clean. Centrally located to tourist locations. Easy drive to Sanibel, Fort Myers and Naples. Loved the pool time. Pool table also added some fun!
