Don't miss hiking and biking in this exclusive, safe Palaco Grande neighborhood, nicknamed the "Gold Coast" of Cape Coral. We provide 2 bikes for your use as well as 2 kayaks for water adventure. Boaters will love the 2 minutes, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It's a quick boat or car ride to Sanibel, Captiva, and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between.

At day end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling southern Florida fresh seafood.

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

First time visit

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was perfect for just the two of us. It’s an Easterly facing villa and so the sun is on the lanai early but not later on in the day. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable seating in the shade later in the day or in the evening and those chairs are so comfortable that I often fell asleep in them! We tried fishing many times but only after we bought shrimp bait (from Walmart) and added on the floaters, did my husband catch what we think was a whisker shark. We did have a dolphin playing in the canal for about 30 minutes though, which was a joy to see! The villa was clean and I we enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Only constructive criticism would be that we missed having pantry space for the food we purchased. It wasn’t a big deal though as we were only there a short time and we moved things about to make room so that it wasn’t lying out on the countertop.

Fabulous Villa

I stayed in this Villa for 16 nights and found it a great location to fantastic beaches I also found all the information sent to me by the agent very useful eg local restaurants. The Villa was well equipped and was like home from home. I have stayed in Villas all over Florida and this was the best one I’ve stayed in.... 10 out of 10.

Just perfect!

We spend hours searching for the right property, finally selecting this villa based on the photos, description and of course, the very positive reviews. Our expectations were high, and this wonderful home did not disappoint. In fact it exceeded our expectations in every way. We spent 3 lovely weeks enjoying this clean, well maintained and very comfortable home, and all the fabulous facilities that it provided. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing home

This villa/ house was by far our favourite place we have stayed while staying in Florida. It was very clean & very well equipped. It suits every age with lots to do, swimming with pool toys, fishing, kayaking, hot tub, bicycles, & even board games.. we enjoyed it that much that we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend this property & we will definitely return. The owner & property manager are lovely too, easy to book, any questions responded straight away, & our deposit was returned straight away on day we can home. This house is a must !

Fantastic waterfront property

We had the most wonderful time at this lovely waterfront home. Everything one could wish for was there. The house is bright and clean with every modern convenience. A fabulous place to spend the week with easy access to some superb restaurants. Fins dive bar became a favourite.

Beautiful spacious light filled home

We had an amazing time despite varying weather. Pool and tub were fantastic, fishing off boat dock was enjoyed by father and son. Never got to use bbq but there ready. Everything you needed was provided and more. Great beach items in garage. Towels a plenty. Washer and dryer both fantastic. Neighbourhood very quiet and safe. Would highly recommend and visit again. Even got to meet and chat with owner Bob so very local info gained too Thanks Bob and Barb for letting us stay and Sue for organising it.

Beautiful well equipped villa in stunning location

Villa was beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The pool area was stunning. Lovely location on the dock with stunning views. Ideal location for visiting the area. We did Sanibel & Captiva, punta Gorda, Estero all within a short drive. The 3 days of rain did not stop us enjoying our stay as we still used the pool. Would definitely return to this villa. Would recommend this or any other of Sue's villas to anyone.x

Actually as seen in the pictures.

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very pretty, and decorated tastefully. We felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything you needed. Even had spices. The pool was amazing and large. Lots of towels for the pool and beach. We loved it there and would definitely rent it again if we go to Cape Coral.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this properly.We very much appreciated the owners accepting a grocery delivery, before we arrived. We arrived on Christmas day and wouldnt have had groceries without this. It was very kind.The property was clean, over all and held all the amenities listed including a working hot tub and heated pool.The appliances could be updated, especially the dish washer. The dishwasher expelled an unpleasant smell when running and had black crud throughout. I think the lines need to be cleaned. Travel to the beach, groceries, etc was easy. Grateful for the time we had in Cape Coral.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I traveled here for Thanksgiving anfcould not have been happier. The neighbirhood was very quite all week. The rooms were great for everyone. Outside was amazing. Pool was warm, hot tub worked as it should and bugs were no where to be found. Being next to the water and so close to the gulf was a great experience. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful Place

Travelled with my family including an 11 month old and 2.5 year old. The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The pool was fantastic - my kids loved it. The availability of bikes, kayaks and other toys made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome vacation home

Check in was simple, the house was fresh and clean. Everything you need is there(pots, pans, dishes, soap, shampoo, hair dryers etc.). We felt at home. Excellent location -we seemed to be minutes away from everything we needed in Cape Coral. We recommend this home!
