Property no longer available

I booked the property, paid, and waited on the check in instructions. They never came, showed up to the property to find out the owner says it is no longer available on VRBO. I told her it was still listed and I had booked it for the weekend. She said sorry! I will say VRBO quickly refunded the money to my card and also reimbursed us half of the price of the stay to book somewhere else. VRBO was great but the owner really should get on the phone and get this property removed from the website.
