Apartamento de lujo en primera línea de playa - La Cala de Mijas

Un fantástico y lujoso apartamento en primera línea de playa en planta baja de 3 dormitorios, a solo un corto paseo por la playa hasta el centro de La Cala de Mijas.

Desde la gran terraza de 80m2 se puede ver la pista de tenis, la piscina, el jardín, una zona de juegos y el mar. También hay una pista de pádel separada. Esta situación se lo pone muy fácil a las familias con niños.

La terraza está equipada con una zona de estar, tumbonas y una gran mesa de madera con 8 asientos.

Una sala de estar y comedor bien amueblados y equipados con TV que contiene muchos canales de todos los países del mundo, una cocina abierta e Internet de fibra óptica de alta velocidad está ampliamente abierto en la terraza. 2 habitaciones dobles con baño independiente y 1 habitación doble y baño en suite con grandes armarios para 6 personas. La cocina está totalmente montada con todo el equipamiento moderno. El apartamento está totalmente climatizado. Un garaje subterráneo está disponible para que estacione su automóvil de manera segura. Tenemos un sistema de alarma. Se proporcionan todas las sábanas, toallas y toallas de playa. La Cala de Mijas se encuentra a 20 km de Marbella ya 25 km del aeropuerto.

Apartment very comfortable and very well situated!

My family had a very pleasant weeks holiday. The apartment was very comfortable and very well situated for the pool and beach. The amenities were also excellent for our two young children. We will definitely be returning!

Great apartment immediately on the beach!

In the last 5 years we have each year been renting this beautiful apartment immediately on the beach. We feel very comfortable in the very spacious and well furnished apartment. The good thing is that the apartment is very well equipped so we have nothing to bring with us. What made our choice particularly is the great location. An apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor, a pool on 10 meters distance and the beach at 25 meters. Really great! Also for families with children. Furthermore, a bakery and a Dutch doctor at the corner of the street and all shops are within walking distance. There are good public transport connections to Marbella, Fuengirola and Malaga (also the airport), so everything is easy to reach - which is also important for us since we do not have a rental car. We also have made interesting bus trips to Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mesquita), Gibraltar and Ronda. Besides the good weather there is still much for us to enjoy, so we hope to rent this beautiful apartment a lot of times in future again!

Just wonderful! Apartment, sea view and terrace!

We had a two months stay in this lovely apartment. Big terarrace with only a few steps to the beach. Everything we needed was found. Nice and comfy and a lot of space. Would love to return. Cala is also a charming village with good restaurants and a peaceful mood.

Great apartment

Brilliant location My husband, daughter and family stayed at apartment for 10 glorious days. The weather was as good as apartment location, right on beach. Very quiet though so very peaceful. Outside space on patio was great for eating out and for children to play. The pool was right outside door too. Wilrik very helpful throughout. Would recommend

This apartment was just what the doctor ordered!

This apartment and location was just what the doctor ordered with regards to a total relaxing holiday, great views of the sea & pool, it was very peaceful and we had direct access to the sea. The apartment was very clean and spacious it had a fully equipped kitchen. Bakery up the road and supermarket nearby all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment, I would have stayed longer if I could. I’m hoping to be back next year. All in all a 5 star accommodation.

5 Star Beach apartment in La Cala

5 Star Beach apartment in La Cala Everything we needed for a great family holiday was on hand in the apartment. The location and area is outstanding you dont find it better in La Cala. Direct access to pool, tennis and beach. Private underground parking. The apartment clean and fully equipped with all modern ammenties. The owner is pleasant, helpfull and professional to deal with and all our expectations were full filled. We look forward to be back soon. We can highly recommend this 5 star apartment to anyone. 5 Star apartment seconds from the beach

We recently stayed in this apartment in July and found it to be a perfect place to stay to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, right near the beach with a beach bar directly opposite the apartment complex. We were steps away from the pool and had the advantage of both a very large balcony, and tennis courts next to the apartment. There was plenty of room in the apartment and it was fully air conditioned , clean and extremely well equipped. The master bedroom was en suite and could be shut off from the rest of the apartment if required and the living/ kitchen area was spacious and comfortable. We walked into La Cala centre a few times, which is a 5 minute walk along the beach front and there is a supermarket 500 yards away for convenience. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and the owner was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Having stayed in several apartments in La Cala we will definitely be looking to book this apartment again as it was easily the best, and only wished we had stayed longer this time

Excellent apartment 5 sec to pool, 30 sec to beach

Excellent apartment perfectly situated on the beach with a 5 second walk to the pool (children friendly and not crowded at any time even though it was high season) and 30 second walk to the beach of La Cala. Fully equipped apartment (including all kitchen amenities, tennis rackets, barbecue grill ect.). Communication with owner was fast, flexible and with a high degree of service. Would recommend it to anyone – both young and old and the apartment can easily be shared by two families.

Perfect location at the sea

We stayed in this apartment in July and had a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and it was very clean and tidy on our arrival. As we were there in the height of summer the air conditioning in each room was a huge plus. Wifi was also a big hit with our teenagers. The location is perfect and as the apartment is on the ground floor it has easy access to the pool and the beach. The village of La Cala still has some traditional Spanish charm and has a wide variety of good restaurants to choose from. La Cala is a good starting point for exploring. We hired a car and visited Mijas, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Gibraltar and there are many other places of interest within easy reach. Wilrik, the owner, is very helpful and easy to deal with and the whole process of booking and getting the keys was well organised. We needed to contact him during our stay and he responded promptly. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea you won't be disappointed with this apartment.

Beautiful situated apartment!

We have been here for one week and the apartment and it's surroundings lived up to our expectations easily. La Cala de Mijas is a smart village with lots of opportunities to eat out for a nice price. The apartment itself is very comfortable with al your needs on the ground floor. Bedrooms are neat and tidy as well as the two bathrooms. The kitchen has got all it needs. Beside the apartment is a tennis (hard) court, in front a very nice swimmingpool, and, when you get through the gate you will find a small restaurant for your morning coffee or lunch, before you plunge in the mediterranian see. I strongly reccommend the apartment because of all this.

Great holiday apartment!

Great holiday apartment. The beach side of La Cala de Mijas with its genuine Spanish village is possibly the best holiday location between Malaga and Marbella. The apartment is perfectly located being in a front-line beach housing community and within a few hundred meters walking distance to the village of La Cala with all its restaurants, shops and services. In addition there is a food store and a bakery within 100 meters of the apartment. Staying in this apartment you do not need a car but, especially in the heat of the summer months, the underground garage right underneath the apartment is “cool”. Being located on the ground floor the apartment has a large terrace in which you can both bask in the sun and stay in the shade. The apartment has a sea view from the terrace. There is a good size pool between the apartment and the beach and you can step right onto the beach from the pool area. The apartment is well equipped and has three good size bedrooms, each for two. All this makes it definitely one of the best three bedroom apartments in the area for holiday purposes.

A very relaxing stay!

I am glad to write some nice words about our stay in La Cala de Mijas. We have a very good memory about this beach apartment in La Cala Mijas. We had everything for a comfortable stay: quiet bedrooms, a good equipped kitchen, garage, large living room and a very spacious balcony. It is ground floor, and from the first site the balcony looks too open. Later on however we found it very relaxing to stay on the same level as ground play area attaching to the balcony. Our children had nice acquaintance with other children in the small apartment complex, even not speaking the same language, and safely moved any time to the swimming pool. It was nice to have afternoon sun on the balcony, relax on sun beds, and we always had breakfast and dinner outside. The apartment complex Arruzafa 1 inhabits quite delicate people and is not overcrowded, so nobody disturbed us. And we enjoyed the sea breeze, - the sea is just outside Arruzafa gate. Many thanks to you for all the arrangements.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the sun

If you are looking for spacious, clean, well-equipped accommodation in the Costa del Sol with a pool and instant access to a beautiful beach - you will not find anywhere better!! I have just spent a week in this apartment with my teenage daughters and had such a great time. The apartment complex was secure, well maintained and quiet. The handover of keys was extremely smooth and the the apartment had been cleaned to a high standard. The apartment had everything you could possibly want -even spare beach/ pool towels and was extremely comfortable. Its location was just perfect - the beach is a minute's walk from your terrace, there are several restaurants on the beach or a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment that were good value for money, served good food and staff were very friendly. There is a bakery around the corner from the apartment that could provide breakfast or any amount of bread, cakes, lovely treats to take away - it seemed to be open pretty much all day, every day. Would highly recommend it. The pool was well maintained and sitting around the pool listening to the waves on the beach was our favourite position. The apartment's owner, Wilrik, was extremely easy and friendly to deal with and accommodated our early arrival without any issues. This was the first time I didn't have a hire car but I found taxis were easy to find and reasonably priced. In fact we didn't need to go far because we had everything on our doorstep. We had been to this area before and so had already visited Puerto Banus, Marbella, Ronda etc but if you have a car this is a perfect location to reach all of these locations. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough - my teenage daughters loved it too - I'm just sad I won't be able to get back to it any time soon.

Holiday in this apartment is highly recommended!

We are a family with older children from Belgium. It is nice, clean apartment, with a great location right on the beach. It is a luxurious apartment with plenty of towels and beach towels. Also at the arrival it was pleasant to find good beds with clean sheets. La Cala de Mijas is a very pleasant village with many restaurants and friendly people. The prices are very attractive. From La Cala de Mijas it is perfectly well possible to use public transport to make trips to the stunning mountain village of Mijas, Malaga, Ronda etc. A holiday in this apartment is highly recommended.

Most impressed with the apartment!

For the last 10 years we have played golf in Spain and either stayed in Calahonda or the Miraflores complex. For a change we decided to stay in La Cala village. I was most impressed with the apartment as it has everything that you need to enjoy a very pleasant stay in La Cala. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has more than enough space for six people. The beach is only 20 metres from the apartment, and it is in a quiet location. For those who do not wish to cook for breakfast, there is a fantastic bakery less than 100 metres from the apartment. I will be booking again for next year.

An absolute must!

We have traveled a lot around the world, but one place for us is the absolute best: a very comfortable beach apartment in La Cala de Mijas. For already ten years we have been having our annual vacation in the apartment. The sunny climate, the spacious apartment with all amenities, the large terrace overlooking the beach and sea on only 20 meters, the swimming pool and tennis court, the friendly village with dozens of low-priced restaurants, the picturesque village square with the welcoming terraces always give us a perfect relaxation. Do not forget to visit the market, which attracts twice per week thousands of visitors. We are already looking forward to our upcoming holiday weeks in La Cala. This unique beach apartment at the Costa del Sol is an absolute must! Dick

Fully equipped apartment, right at the beach!

Several times we have been in Andalusia, but this was the first time in La Cala de Mijas. We chose this apartment for it’s location; right at the beach! In front of the apartment is also a swimmingpool, perfect for the children. The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them have a separate bathroom. Everything you need is available; towels, sheets, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite tv and even a BBQ. We were very happy with the large terrace, almost every meal we had outside at the big table. The town has several nice restaurants and shops. We visited several other places with our rental car and we had a very nice vacation. We will return here, there is no other apartment on such a great location!
