Great family/large group house

The house was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our entire family of 15 with plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, each with their own well appointed bathroom. The living areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The fully equipped large kitchen had all the amenities. Large backyard with covered porch, ping pong table, large turf area and pool with gazebo kept our family busy. The location was ideal. We were within easy reach of beaches, shopping, restaurants and activities while still enjoying a peaceful setting. Bob, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was easy to reach and addressed any questions we had promptly. We will definitely be back.

I’m a 3rd generation south Florida local. I’m a contractor and a family man. This property was born out of a vision for the future when I get to retire and still want a comfortable place for family to return to as my kids start families of their own. To me, this is what Florida was like growing up and Jensen Beach is the perfect representation of what makes Florida great.

Why they chose this property

I choose Jensen Beach because it is so relaxed and still has the southern Florida charm and hospitality that I knew as a child. I currently live further south and the pace has quickened and the charm is mostly gone, but Jensen beach and the surrounding coastal towns have great people, culture and a real community vibe.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it is between The State Savannah Preserve and the intercostal waterway. The waterway is about a mile wide in this area and we have a 500’ dock that extends out into deep water access. While many of the homes on the drive sit along the drive and boast views of the intercostal, our property is set back on the Savannah side. You are very close to town but when you are on property you feel like you are in a secluded oasis.
