About this property

Prime Location to the Best Beaches, Pool, and Restaurants at Kihei Kai Nani!

Aloha,

We have some of the best beaches in the heart of Kihei, a 60x30 pool, BBQ areas, shuffleboard, and Free Parking.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, yet affordable, accessible ground floor unit 6-150 condo at the Kihei Kai Nani. We invite our guests to the same comforts and enjoyment in a great location in Maui.

As our guests, our goal is to make everything fun and memorable in our one-bedroom, one-bath, full-kitchen deluxe unit.
There's a BBQ area, grass, and laundry facilities. We're just across the street and steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boarding, sunbathing, or just sitting back and relaxing. There are lifeguards on duty. An excellent beach for the kids too.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, blend your favorite drink, or enjoy your morning coffee blend on the lanai.

There is also an additional kitchen pantry for food storage. There is a full bath with a bathtub and safety handrails, a comfortable queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a TV, A/C in the living room and bedroom, plus ceiling fans.

Free Wi-Fi, High-speed internet, Upgraded cable TVs, unlimited free long-distance in the U.S. and Canada, an actual phone, and an answering machine for messages. There is open public Wi-Fi at the pool and in common areas.

You will find beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, beach towels,

Starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, dish/hand soap, and Kleenex.

South Kihei has several restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. There are activity information and equipment rentals for a fun day. Great golf course nearby.

Kihei is a short distance, 9 miles from Kahului airport, with night security and No Resort Fees. The unit is on the ground floor with a beautiful garden view.

Located near the beach, this condo is in South Kihei, a neighbourhood in Kihei. Kamalo Wharf and Kaʻahumanu Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Maui Fish Pipe and Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters. Maui Nui Botanical Gardens and Kula Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.

Great location and easy check-in

The host communicated well before our arrival and the property was very clean upon our arrival. The location is at the heart of Kihei and easy access to beach and restaurants. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here.

We found a new place to stay in Kihei

We only had five nights at KKN, but really enjoyed the property and this condo. Loved the first floor convenience and easy access to the pool area. We hope to return again someday.

Great place to stay in Kihei!

Awesome condo for our 1-week vacation in Maui! Great location right across the street from the beach and plenty of good restaurants and shops around. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook and rest. DiAnne was also really responsive :)

Perfect getaway!

My partner and I loved this amazing spot in Kihei! Hosts were so helpful with tips for exploring the island and quick to reply. Place was spotless, bed was comfortable, AC was beyond great to have! Great place tucked away but quick walk to amazing beach and fun local stores and artisan! Will definitely be back!!

We love the Kihei Kai Nani! Our unit was perfect. Very well equipped, neat and clean and perfect location to the pool. The owners provided great instructions and everything went smoothly for check in. We will be definitely back! The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling was great.

Best condo at KKN

Stayed at DiAnne’s unit at KKN and it is by far the best unit on the compound! Location is directly in the middle of everything in Kihei and close to the pool. Incredibly clean and homey. The unit has everything you need for beach trips and a fully stocked kitchen! Will return again and until then I’ll be dreaming of the nights reading on the lanai!

Super nice 1b1b apartment with a balcony in Maui!!!

The location is super nice! mins walk to the beach, restaurants, and the plazas. The condo is very nice and clean, it has a room with a queen bed, a well-furnished kitchen, and living room, and a balcony!! Love it!! I will def stay here next time when I am back. It feels like you are in home!!!

My wife and I had a great stay at Brad & DiAnne's condo

The unit had everything we needed. It was also quiet at night because it is not down by the street. Also there was plenty of parking spaces near the unit. I am sure we will be back in the future.

PERFECT CONDO

This Condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. It is close to the beach, food and shops. The condo itself was stocked with everything you need. It was the little things that surprised me like baggies, super glue, tape and a cooler. These all came in handy for us! Bed was comfortable. We did not use the pull out bed so can not speak on that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive. We would stay here again. I hope to be back.

Awesome Maui Condo!

From the moment of my first contact with DiAnne and Brad to the last time we touched base the process was effortless and phenomenal. DiAnne and Brad's condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. The amenities provided were unbelievable! All we had to worry about was bringing ourselves and our clothes, literally! The proximity to the beach was spectacular with an easy two minute stroll up the parking lot. The staff at the Kihei Kai Nan were warm and friendly. Tropical Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our time at DiAnne and Brad's condo. Every single thing you could think of needing was there! It truly felt like home. DiAnne is quick to respond and checked in with us to make sure we had settled in. Great suggestions as to what to check out too! Perfect location, steps away from the pool and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We saw whales breaching off of the beach and even a dolphin jumping along! 🐬You must try the cinnamon bakery in the shopping mall behind. Sooooo good! This condo was perfect for us. Clean, all appliances and electronics function well, plenty of cookware and right across the street from a nice beach. The host, DeAnne was very kind and she is diligent with correspondence should you have any questions.

What a beautiful place to stay!

Our condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. From cooking swimming and beach going. It was located close to the pool laundry room and office. A short walk to amazing food and the beach! I will staying here again!!

We live in Northern California (Sonoma). DiAnne Durossette and Brad Danford have gone to Maui for over 26 years. We have always dreamed about owning a place of our own and for our family. One of our daughters moved to Maui ( I guess it was all the times we went on vacation there🤩). We finally took the big step and decided to purchase this condo in September 2016.
We believe in living Pono. That's living Aloha. One of the best things about Maui is the culture, relaxation, and tranquility. From the beautiful weather to the friendly people, every part of the Hawaiian culture promotes a stress-free lifestyle while keeping the Aloha spirit.

Why they chose this property

We decided on the Kihei Kai Nani for many reasons. Kihei has so many amazing people, some of the best beaches right across the street, beautiful and amazing staff that take care of the property as if it was their own. The pool is one of the largest. We have many restaurants, stores, shops all within walking distance. Kihei is just wonderful to us, and we feel most comfortable when we are there, feels like home!

What makes this property unique

We love to walk to the beach right across the street first thing in the morning, right before the sun comes out, and make our footprints in the sand, and watch the turtles.
We love the mid-afternoon when trade winds pick up. It is so cool and relaxing.
We love watching the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai or steps away to a beautiful beach, lying back in the soft sand, taking a moment of clarity of the beautiful colors of the night sky.
Everything is close by and within walking distance, and the pool and ocean are steps away! The unit is on the ground floor, making it easier to access.
